Una porquería de hotel, no ponen orden a sus visitantes, son las 3 de la madrugada y tengo un par de drogados, un par de borrachos en el balcón llevaron una radio a volumen y no me dejan dormir, realmente lamentable cómo dejan entrar q cualquiera, no les importa el bienestar de sus clientes, solo facturar

“Worst” Worst property I ever stayed at. Paid 9000 for a room with. Bathroom fittings falling apart. They have a club/ disc on the 3rd floor where music plays till 3:30 am in the morning, making sure that the in-house guests don’t get proper sleep. Requests to front office to make the club lower the volume was of no use. Advise - Don’t stay at weekends. Only down side is the maintenance and the loud club music

A great place if one wants to dance lying in bed at night. But for me, who wanted to sleep at night, it was impossible due to the unusually loud noise which was shaking the door and window shutters till 3 am at the discotheque of the hotel. Truly a nightmare, staying awake till 3-15 am with a morning flight to catch.

You will get best Chinese food here, The server are very proffessional and attentive. The craft beer station in guwahati is awesome, We had a good experience here. the chef took special care of us as we have a 2 yrs baby child. Thanks to the chef. ( fail to remember the name of the chef)

One of the best business class hotel in the town, in terms of hospitality, service, ambience, food and comfortable stay. Their beer brewery is a must try. Staffs are warm and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. They also have the finest night club in Guwahati, called NYX lounge and Deck.

The staffs is very friendly, one of the best hotel in Guwahati, awsome food, rooms are also cozy, brews are also nice, if you are looking for late night parties then NYX is also there in Hotel Palacio.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio located in Guwahati. They've offered a lavish breakfast in the package. We went to their club Nyx,one of the most happening place in the city. Thanks to Navjit for making our stay memorable, will surely recommend this place to my friends and families. Over-all it was an wonderful experience. Keep it up!!!

We went to the restaurant...the food was good but the ambience is not at all suitable for aged people and family... overall we got stuck in the lift but the buttons were not responding and there was no help at all.. terrible experience

Very decent hotel with good ambience. Comfortable beds. Room are equipped with required amenities. Staff is also well ***nered and cooperative. Location is just opposite to taj though it is not centre of the city. Though tariff are not very economical but above average.
