First of all This is not an Hotel its service Apartment where below are the issues But Worst is break fast. On the name of Break fast they are looting guest as i had never experienced such pathetic Break fast in my life. They provide lauki chane ki daal with poori, *** is this combination don't know. Milk is powder made so forget about tea and coffee taste. Breads were kept as is as they dont have proper arrangement for Toast. Plates were so dirty n upon asking response was this is what we have. Service is Heavily slow.. so Consider 75-90 Mins time for getting normal food 1- Lift (Old one with channel door) does not go to Ground floor when coming from up to Down hence have to take Stairs. 2- AC- I have booked 4 rooms out of which AC was not cooling and when complaint the Guy smiled and left saying it will work after 15 min and we struggled whole night in hot room. 3- Washroom- Poor Toiletries in-fact nothing provided except 2 towel and one Santoor Soap. No Hand towel, No Dental, shaving etc.. Kits given 4- Room- Very Small Room they says its 225Sq Ft but actually its less than 130sqft also there is no place to walk or keep Luggage if Extra bed is used. 5- TV - DTH do not work and upon asking for recharge of tata sky they take hours n hours to avoid and finally they did not do. 6- Service and staff Behaviour- Pathetic as they are working as Middle *** to get the Tickets of Kamakhya devi temple and run away next day so u cant catch the employee..

A small apartment hotel in the heart of Guwahati city is extremely clean & very well maintained. The only drawback is that they do not have their own kitchen & there could be delays in serving food. There are ***y small eateries around so this issue can be dealt with easily. Recommended for a small stay

Excellent staff. Impressed with quick service, humble snd polite staff. Room services were prompt. Needs to improve on quality and variety of food. Mr Prabhavjeet was a super hero. Housekeeping services were excellent and one can safely leave room for cleaning without worrying about your valuables. Very honest staff
