Hotel entrance was small & not prominent. Lobby is on 23rd floor which was not convenient. Location is good, room is clean.

I stayed for two nights. The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by plenty of local street food and restaurants. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Ms. Tong and another lady on the 23rd floor were extremely accommodating when I requested a room not on a specific floor and away from kids' rooms. The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The internet was fast, and the PA was also friendly and helpful.

This is a modern hotel with great location. Excellent customer service, great environment on public areas, great facilities, very clean. The hotel use delivery robot to deliver customers’ goods so no one can easy enter into the customer’s stay areas but only customers and staffers. Highly recommended!

酒店位置優越，交通便利，出門幾分鐘就是地鐵站，去貴陽北站，還有機場都很近，打車就十多分鐘，周邊商圈也很多，吃喝玩樂都很方便，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服，前台人員服務很好，很主動熱情，早餐不錯，品種多，酒店還可以免費停車，停車也很方便，非常推薦！下次來還住這樣！

中天凱悦酒店環境高端雅緻，裝修簡約大氣，客房整潔舒適。前台小姚服務細緻入微，熱情專業，主動滿足需求，知道是來參加音樂節的，還準備了丁禹兮的小卡，作為粉絲特別驚喜超級開心。去音樂節場地也很方便，散步的時候還聽到小丁彩排了這次追星體驗幸福感滿滿！酒店公共區域寬敞明亮，細節考究，外賣和快遞收取服務也很方便，整體體驗賓至如歸，強烈推薦！

這次入住體體驗非常滿意， 酒店的服務態度超級好，員工始終保持着親切的微笑， 不僅如此，形象也很好，很有親和力，給人留下 深刻的印象。酒店的位置也非常方便，交通便利，出行基本不行或者打車都很近。房間內的設施非常齊全，衞生也很於凈整潔 生活用品 一應俱全。還有幫忙升級了房間，又把房間給續住啦，很好推薦給了朋友一起過來！

經常到貴陽都是入住這家酒店，房間很舒適寬敞明亮，房間裏面設施也很完善，是我喜歡的風格，客房打掃衞生也很乾凈，會幫忙疊整齊衣服放在房間裏面，看到沒有水了也會多放幾瓶在房間裏，整個酒店的服務都很靈活不死板，是我喜歡的方式，酒店就在貴陽中心位置，周邊都有很特色的小吃，買特產什麼的都在樓下就可以解決，出行更是方便，有地鐵，要想去玩的地方基本上都是起步價就可以到。前台的工作人員服務真的很親切貼心，笑容也很有感染力，很熱情周到，基本上提出的問題都會想辦法解決。性價比真的超高，次次到貴陽依舊選擇這個酒店！

此次出行體驗超棒！房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，輕奢風格很獨特，客房大姐打掃衞生也很乾凈，酒店位置就在市中心，周邊樓下都有很多好吃的小吃，酸湯魚酸湯牛肉挺不錯的，出行也很方便，去甲秀樓白宮都是幾公里的路程，也有地鐵。服務親切周到熱情，基本上提出的問題都能夠解決。早餐豐富美味，性價比超高，下次到貴陽還會選擇這個酒店，真的強烈推薦！

酒店貼心地升級了套房，住得很舒服，電視可以投屏，很加分！淋浴水壓足，雙台盆設計，方便使用！ 停車場真的很考驗車技，不過酒店可以減免車費，還可以。 酒店位置很堵，但是特別方便，民生路美食街，甲秀樓都是步行可達。周邊小吃攤大商場應有盡有！

今年兩次到貴陽，都選擇的這家酒店，酒店前台的接待服務讓住宿的客人很舒服、很温馨，上一次去黃果樹遊玩走的早，前台早已將早餐打包讓我們帶着，這次離店的時候一直讓我們帶上水。以上種種，文字限制，等下次入住再説。選擇這酒店的第二個理由是位置，如果喜歡吃的朋友到貴陽一定要選擇這酒店，因為這是貴陽美食的集中地。
