El servicio es bueno, pero la señora del mostrador es muy grosera y poco profesional. Necesitaba explicar mucho que reservé el desayuno incluido para tener una comida tonta solo en mi habitación más tarde, la vista es mala, el aire acondicionado es muy débil.

The hotel staff from the beginning of the booking has done a great and wonderful job.. they help me with contacting the driver to help me with a really late pick up at the airport.. the driver also such a great man.. kudos to him waiting for me until late hours.. the staff of the hotel all done such a great job.. even their house keeping lady is such a sweetheart.. i have such a pleasant stay there and will definitely go back if i ever went back to kk.. good job all 🫰🏻
