Hotel/Alojamientos familiares en Nápoles

I loved everything about this hotel and definitely recommend it. First, the location: it is 15-20 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale railway station. The old city starts just behind the building. It was convenient to walk everywhere including Umberto Gallery. And number 5000 bus to Pompei stops in 5 minutes walk. Sole365 supermarket in 10 minutes walk. The stuff was very nice and welcoming. The owner gave us the citymap with his instructions on where to walk. There was a breakfast included, which was a coffee and some sweets like croissants and so on. It is provided in the hotel public lounge with nice view. The hotel is also very clean and interior is nice. Love that place. The only thing I would recommend to change is to add a microwave for public use, which would be convenient for those who purchase food in supermarkets.

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible con este hotel. Después de confirmar la reserva y llegar a la zona, el propietario desapareció durante horas, no respondió a los mensajes de texto ni a las llamadas telefónicas y no dejó a nadie en la propiedad para registrarnos. Tuvimos que rogarle a los lugareños que nos ayudaran a conseguir el número de teléfono del propietario. Además, cuando hicimos el registro, tuvimos que tratar con personas que no hablaban inglés (¿cómo se alquilan propiedades a nivel internacional sin poder comunicarse?) y también exigieron el pago de impuestos en efectivo a pesar de que no tenían cambio, por lo que terminamos pagando más de lo necesario. La propiedad en sí es muy bonita y limpia, pero recomiendo mantenerse alejado.

Отель вызвал противоречивых чувства)). Положительное: Удобное расположение в центре города, близко к метро и достопримечательностям. Рядом супермаркет.В номере чисто. Что не понравилось: квест с заселением ( в принципе, всё понятно объяснено, какое кнопки, но нужно пройти 3 закрытых дверей). Расположение кондиционера под окном и за шторкой)). Слышимость от соседнего номера, а именно из туалета ( будто бы у тебя в комнате). И главное - ни утром, ни вечером не было горячей воды, только днём. Поехал бы я снова в этот отель, думаю нет

This property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

Really nice apartment/hotel, great location, we travelled with my 7 year old, he loved it as the the single bed was on an upper level in the same room where we could hear and see him. Mini fridge with water and soft drinks, tea and kettle, safe and toiletries all available in the room. Although the apartment is on a very busy and noisy street the windows were double glazing and there was an extra set of doors that stopped the noise and light from the outside. The breakfast consists of pastries, cereal and fruit and you can request a toasted cheese sandwich. There was also a choice of juices and coffee/tea etc. Stefano was very welcoming and helping as were all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for all types of travellers.

Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом районе Неаполя, и мне очень удобно расположение здания: 3 минуты до вокзала Порта Нолана и 10 минут от Наполи Чентрале. Рядом с объектом размещения несколько супермаркетов, один из них Eurospin с хорошим выбором продуктов и низкими ценами. Возле отеля есть остановки автобусов и трамвая. Отель - это помещение на 3-м этаже здания с несколькими комнатами и кухней. На кухне есть посуда, кофе машина, чайник. Несколько столиков, чтобы выпить кофе. Номера новые, с недавним ремонтом и милым дизайном. Хорошие удобные матрасы, приятные подушки, новое постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве. В душе всегда есть горячая вода. В номере мини-холодильник, туалетный столик. Каждые 2 дня производится тщательная уборка, смена полотенец, пополнение банных принадлежностей. В нашем номере было 2 балкона с потрясающим видом на колокольню и порт. Учитывая, что стоимость размещения довольно низкая, я считаю, что это отличные условия прибывания с бонусов в виде потрясающего вида. Персонал отеля был весьма любезен и всегда оставался на связи, чтобы помочь нам как с заселением, так и со всеми другими возникающими вопросами. Мы продлили проживание в этом отеле еще на три дня.

No hay recepción, por lo que no tienes que confiar en la comunicación de correo electrónico o en el teléfono cuando operan, pero no responden a tus correos electrónicos y probablemente estarás en posesión durante al menos 10 minutos para llamar al teléfono. Si llegas tarde a la noche, olvídalo de conseguir las llaves. La ubicación es en una típica colina de Nápoles, que fue una experiencia muy única para nosotros. Muy local y rodeado de los vecinos locales. Pero no lo recomendaría a una persona, especialmente a las mujeres, viajando solo. No hay cancelación de ruido entre las paredes, pero la habitación es muy espaciosa. No tenemos ningún problema para quedarse allí otra vez, pero sólo quería que la gente supiera quién está considerando este lugar.

El B&B se encuentra en una ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren y los camiones de almacenamiento. La habitación era muy agradable con un balcón de uso en ambas ventanas. El desayuno era un continental básico con pan, croissants, jamón y café, pero era abundante para mantenerte en marcha. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El número en eso era correcto y alguien vino a vernos en 10 minutos. La habitación era tranquila y con nevera. Muy cerca del centro de reuniones para actividades como Pompei/Vesuvius, etc. Me quedaría aquí en el futuro, otra vez usted recibe lo que paga, es alojamiento presupuestario.

La ubicación de la habitación es buena, hay gente limpia todos los días y el personal limpio es amigable.Pero el primer día se dice que los impuestos urbanos pagan en efectivo, la actitud del personal para recaudar impuestos urbanos es un poco incómoda y no es conveniente para los extranjeros.
