The staff are all very friendly and helpful.
They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch.
Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice.
Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

Great location and stunning view from the balcony. Room is tidy and clean. Would be perfect to provide kettle for making tea or coffee in room, especially in the winter time.

Excellent hotel, and absolutely cost effective.
2 minutes to the Grindelwald station. Room is well equipped with amenities including slippers, etc. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is old but cozy. The room has a balcony with very good view on the mountains. Short walk distance from the train station.
The reception is at the first floor. Need to go through the restaurant to get to the elevator or take the stairs.
