Choose another hotel! They are trying to commit fraud and steal your money!! They keep charging my card AFTER my stay and admitted that I am supposed to get my deposit back. They will not refund my deposit and are trying to say they have refunded twice and now I owe them money?!!? Upon check in they kept trying for me to give my deposit to them in CASH? I have never been to a hotel that needs a credit card and also wants me to provide them with CASH and kept insisting that I did. HUGE RED FLAG. If that wasn't bad enough, the rooms are literally falling apart. Holes all in the ceilings, scrapes all over the walls, no sound privacy from other guests (I could hear people have quite conversations in the other rooms as well as them using the microwave), mold in the shower with leftover hair in the drain, and dirty towels. The bed was a lumpy awful mess. I was honestly scared to try to find how dirty the rest of the room was. I should have never stayed here but I was afraid I wouldn't get my money back..... which is happening now. They are beyond unhelpful and keep admitting fault, but won't do anything about it.
