A very nice place with good services. The security is good that key card is required to enter the accommodation building. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast is good.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! Our room was infested with ants, I informed the front desk. The made me go to the lobby, gave me ant spray, rags and spic n span to clean the mess myself. NO OFFER of another room or compensation. I used trip.com to book the room, they were no help. The ants ruined our dinner that was $30 and the hotel is offering a refund of $15 as a gesture of goodwill. What a joke!!! They don't even offer breakfast like they advertise, they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate THAT'S ALL!!! I would give it negative stars as the rating if it was possible.

I love this hotel! It's clean and private and every staff member is so sweet! I've been here for two weeks and I love the space in the rooms the fact that it has a fridge and microwave. Great place.

A very comfortable and quiet stay. Great location. Wonderful bonus that you can use a premier gym (Club Northwest) a few blocks away as part of the stay. They have everything! I recommend it!) Free Breakfast was passable... about what one would expect. Nice, efficient staff. My room key didn't work on first use and housekeeping helped me out perfectly! I shall return!

The property has been upgraded and staff was friendly but had to navigate stairs with suitcases..and I was on the first floor! No elevator. Not easy when you are a 75 year old woman traveling alone. Nice TV but no guide on the set or printed.
