I am a handicapped person and when we checked in. No elevator and we are on the second floor! It had stated handicap accessible! Way down at the bottom of their page stated steps. The hide a bed in the couch mattress was horrible so my son had to sleep in the floor A great place for workers to stay People were kind and friendly. Place not so much.

Because of an unexpected blizzard, we ended up staying an additional night. The staff was very friendly & helpful in fulfilling our requests. Hot breakfast was great.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in need of some updating especially the pool area. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor and there was a chime that went off every time someone moved in the front lobby. Very annoying. Otherwise great stay for the price.

The Quality Inn Hotel overall was an affordable stay. It could use some renovations and updates, but our room was clean and everything was functional. What was not so good, it was very noisy at night. You could hear people walking on the top floor. And then somebody vacuuming the hallways at 2am!?!

Dirty. Smelled like someone had lived and died in the room. We tolerated because we were too tired to fight it. Beds seemed clean. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned, tub hadn’t been cleaned, shower head was gross … place is just getting very rundown. Plug ins in the walls made me nervous to even use. The shower water was hot.

The staff were very nice, and we were there very thankful for that. The facilities were not very clean, and when I mentioned that there was something splattered on my wall, the manager offered for me to clean it up myself or just ignore it. I don’t think she meant it rudely but at other hotels, I would think that they would want to come and clean it themselves. Everything was very friendly but the facilities could definitely use an update. Unfortunately I do not think we will be staying there again. They offered to give us a discounted rate because we had booked through ******* that wasn’t possible.

Room was not ready even though it was also 5 pm when we checked in... still found sugar packets on the floor in the room. Heating unit sounds like it is leaking gas. Toilet seat is broken. Bathroom door knob is broken. Sounded like the person walking around above me was going to come theough the floor it was creaking so bad. Only positives were the front desk gal was so nice and the free breakfast was good and hot.

Mattress wasn't very comfortable, decor is dated. Hot tub didn't work well and water was too hot in the hot tub. Heating unit didn't work well either (room 135).
