It was perfect.

Прекрасный отель. Хорошие и современные апартаменты с небольшой кухней оборудованной всем необходимым. Мягкая кровать с белоснежным бельём. На минус 1-м этаже есть небольшая прачечная, за 2 евро постирать и за 2 посушить. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Из минусов: уборка и смена белья и полотенец платные. По расположению, в 5 минутах ходьбы вокзал Dampoort, остановка автобусов Flixbus и супермаркет. До центра города минут 15 пешком. Рекомендую.

Hôtel récemment rénové, musique et déco branchée Literie avec juste un drap trop court sur le matelas c’est pas hygiénique. Une alèse ou un drap plus grand serait bienvenu Vous réveillez le matin le nez sur le matelas… Petit Déjeuner bof, pas qualitatif du tout.

The space is clean despite the location a bit far from the centre (~20min walk). The room is spacious and the staff is helpful.

Week end à Gand en famille. Très bonne chambre, assez grande pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Petite cuisine très bien équipée au besoin. Réceptionniste très accueillante. Petit dej agréable, un peu d'attente à noter mais hôtel chargé lors de notre venue. Je recommande ++ A environs 10/15 min de marche pour rejoindre le centre ville, possibilité d'utiliser le bus, station 10/11/12 proche

Booked thru ******* for a family room with three beds. When I arrived, they told me I have two rooms with two double beds only. That was not what I reserved, because my teenagers cannot share a bed. They told me the transaction did not go through the first time, so they made it a two rooms to upgrade us. I told them I don’t need an upgrade, I needed a room with 3 beds. I also asked when they found out the room I booked became unavailable, they should have contacted me instead of making this arrangement. And they offered either I took the 2 double rooms or they refund me and leave. Where should I stay if I leave? That was not the solution. I asked them if they have rollaway bed. They told me they don’t. After another 15 minutes pass by that I struggled to figure out what should I do. Another agent walked up and said they have rollaway bed. Nice. Of course I need to work with my teens so the one sleeping in the rollaway bed won’t feel like we are unfair. During the stay, staff are very nice and helpful. Train station Dampoort isn’t a main station therefore will need to transfer train if heading to Bruges or Brussels. Seems like not a big deal but if missed a train, it means another 30 minutes wait. Breakfast is minimal with bread, pound cake, juices, coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, sausages, cheese, ham. But after a few days. I got tired of it. The rooms were cleaned when we got it the first day. But then I spotted some black dot like sesame seed size.

酒店裝飾復古有趣，工作人員態度友好，周邊很多景點和餐廳，離火車站是步行的距離，Google導航走一會會就到了，值得推薦～

房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度很好，房間大小適中，位置離火車站很近，交通方便，離市中心也不遠，走路都可以到達。 有爐灶可以自己煮一些簡單的食物，例如牛排等。美中不足的是不同一次性拖鞋、牙刷等洗漱用具，希望可以改善。

Hotel et restaurant sont parfaits.

Het hotel en de kamers zagen er nieuw uit en waren erg schoon. De locatie is perfect om de prachtige historische binnenstad te ontdekken.
