Love everything about this hotel except the coffee making pot was not working but I was able to coffee and others eateries at the lobby. Will come and stay here again.

A good isn't too go if you want to party and not sleep. We got maybe 2 hours sleep with some sort of party going on at the premises. Several motorcycles started up and idled after the party and woke us up. Heard the neighboring guest ask if they could shut it off as they were sleeping. They then proceeded to rev up the bikes and it was so loud. This was around 1130. They finally took off and we feel asleep. A short time later we woke to someone pounding on our door. I thought I dreamt it, but my girlfriend said she heard it and it continued. I got up and put the secure lock on the door and opened it slightly and asked what. He, drunk, asked if we were with the "biker gang", I said no were trying to sleep leave us alone and shut the door. He proceeded to go down the walk pounding on windows and doors. When told the staff about it they showed no concern nor did they apologize. Definitely the worst stay I've had anywhere and would not recommend this place

Made a reservation for a handicap accessible room. Did not have one available. Had to stay on second floor using sketchy stairs.

So clean and cozy, friendly staff, and perfect distance to ski resort and a few local amenities. Would definitely stay again!

I booked the hotel after a long day of traveling. It said there were vacancies and charged my credit card. After arriving the employee was rude and said they have been booked solid for weeks and my reservation didn’t exist even after I got a confirmation email. I understand it wasn’t her fault but the attitude wasn’t necessary. I had to find somewhere else to stay. No resolution for a refund yet.

This place had so many great reviews I had to try it. It’s old and run down. Electrical outlets were in disrepair, one of the beds wasn’t changed, the food was sub par. I’m so disappointed.

Super clean and comfortable. Older property and nothing fancy but the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and shower was very hot and the water pressure was great. You can't beat the location if you are going to ski at Winterplace. Also, the restaurant and bar in the hotel area a great option as there isn't much else within 20 minutes.

9 of us stayed after skiing all day and we were pleasantly surprised to find a good restaurant on site.
Beds were comfortable and I lined the floors nir being carpet.
Can’t beat the price being so close to the slopes.
