Excelente ubicación. A un paso de las mejores tiendas y de las grandes marcas. Es un hotel de avanzada. Todo computarizado. Desayuno espectacular. La atención del personal es superlativa, siempre dispuestos a ayudar al pasajero. Volvería sin dudarlo.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, está muy cerca de las principales atracciones y áreas comerciales, muy conveniente, hay una chica que habla chino en la recepción, muy entusiasta, brinda ayuda de manera proactiva, las atracciones presentadas también son muy únicas. El restaurante adjunto al hotel es el restaurante más antiguo de Ginebra. La comida es exquisita. La sopa de cebolla está deliciosa. Pedí una sopa. Vi que éramos 2 personas. Tomamos la iniciativa de dividirlo en 2 cuencos.

El hotel central nos ha encantado! La atención de Lesley y del resto de empleados del hotel ha sido excelente, no solo para hacer el check in, sino también nos ha dado muy buenos consejos sobre lugares donde ir en la ciudad. Es amabilisima! La habitación ha sido perfecta para nosotros, con muebles de calidad, bonita decoración, y una fantástica terracita soleada y con vistas a la calle peatonal y la biblioteca. Hemos estado muy cómodos y bien atendidos, y además muy céntricos. Está situado a un bloque de la calle donde están los comercios principales de la ciudad, y al mismo tiempo está en una calle tranquila. Hemos podido llegar sin problemas desde el aeropuerto con el bus número 10 que para justo a un bloque del hotel.

Stayed here one night while my wife conducted business. Very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel located in Plainpalais area. Booked a room with a bath/toilet in the room. Had a balcony and extremely comfortable bed. Owner/receptionist was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. She speaks perfect English. Follow up contact after the reservation was made were prompt.. Breakfast is included. Nice little variety of breads, yogurt, cheese, ham, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. Other extra perks that come with the room are free public transportion tickets, free WiFi and a parking discount if you drive and have a car parked at the nearby Plaine Palais Parking garge. Over night cost 15CHF. Located next to the University so plenty of cheap eats nearby. Several nicer restaurants to choose from also. We ate at Le Potugais. A supermarket at COOP CITY Is less than a five minute walk. Post Office is right around the corner. If you like Flea Markets there is a huge one on Saturdays and Wednesday across the street at the park. Hotel and area met all of my needs and I would stay here again. Thanks!!

El Tiffany Hotel era un hotel hermano del EastWest Hotel en Ginebra, donde nos alojamos cuando empezamos nuestro viaje de 2 semanas por Europa. El personal del Hotel Tiffany fue excepcional. nos ayudaron a dirigirnos a una farmacia para que pudiéramos hacernos la prueba para nuestro vuelo de regreso a los EE. UU. al día siguiente. Nos recomendaron un fantástico restaurante para cenar. El personal fue muy servicial. El hotel está en la zona del casco antiguo y, por lo tanto, hace todo lo posible para acomodar la funcionalidad en un edificio antiguo. Excelente ubicación si su interés está en el área del casco antiguo.

En general, muy cálido, reservé una habitación doble con cocina. Si no estás acostumbrado a comer comida occidental, puedes ir al supermercado a comprar algo de comida y volver a ti mismo. La desventaja es que la recepción no es un servicio de 24 horas. No podemos registrarnos en la recepción debido al vuelo de la mañana. El enchufe convertidor que pedimos prestado está listo para ser devuelto a la recepción, pero nadie. Así que lo puse en la habitación. Más tarde, el correo recibió la factura y nos cobró directamente el costo del enchufe de conversión ... Todos regresaron a China, y no fue bueno contactar al hotel nuevamente. Solo se puede plantar, ¡pero su croissant matutino es muy fresco y delicioso!

Upon arrival, the front desk guy was constantly on the phone so we struggled to get the necessary details, but finally did and were able to store our bags, which appeared very secure. When we came back to check in, the front desk printed our room key for the wrong room. We literally walked in on an occupied room, which was uncomfortable. They blamed it on the keycard printer, which was also struggling with a few others checking in around the same time. They had to reprint pretty much everyone’s keys. Other reviews seem to indicate similar issues. Once we finally got our correct room, things were mostly okay. We couldn’t seem to find a way to keep the air conditioning running but turn off the lights. So the room got a bit warm overnight, especially with just a duvet cover. Couldn’t open the windows since there appears to be a club/bar immediately across the way that had loud music until past midnight which was already loud enough through the closed windows. We also visited the bar, and while looking at the menu at the corner of the bar, the bartender rather abruptly told us to sit at a table and someone would come by. So we did, but after awhile of waiting and no one coming, I ended up just going back to the bar and awkwardly ordering there. Never been to a bar where you couldn’t really sit at it or order there. As others recommend, definitely don’t show your free drink passes (from skipping room cleaning) until after you’ve ordered and leaving since they’ll not treat you as well. Room overall and hotel were fine, but could’ve certainly been better and expected a bit more. Location was great though! Felt like a reasonable walk whenever we wanted to go, many shops and restaurants around, and could easily reach a tram/bus stop to go further.
