Office chair all peeled, jacuzzi in room doesn’t even work, the pool was closed due to construction, the remote to the TV doesn’t work, I’ve machine out of order and the door by the Verizon store doesn’t work and won’t accept keys.

Elevator ligth was out, we had to use our cellphone flashlight, the hottub jets were out not working at all, I went and let kno the receptionists about it and her answer was se have no maintenance at this moment, I asked for a refund and she told me she will have to talk to her manager next day, so next morning we left and didn't asked to speak to the manager I was very disappointed, I like to stay there but their building always have a different issues

Everything was ok until we tried to enjoy the hottub the jets in our suite were not working, I.went and let know.the receptionists but she told me there was not a maintenance available and she will let know her manager cause I asked for some kind of refund or discount for the inconvenience

Pool was not working I had a handi cap room hated it. Doors were not automatic luggage cart broken poorly lite lamps & had no bulbs. Shower toilet had mold ice maker not working. No coffe in the room. Hated my stay

The knob on the heater wouldn’t work so we were cold all night long. The bathroom was so dark. It’s hard to see what you’re doing in there. And the shower was a hospital shower.

We chose this hotel to stay in for our trip because it had a pool for our kiddos. When we got to the hotel we found out that the pool was closed due to maintenance. We went ahead and checked in anyway. When we got to our room there was a giant hole in the carpet and white stains all over the floor. The carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned at all. The beds sagged in the middle and weren’t comfortable at all. There were spots of mold all over the bathroom walls. Definitely would not recommend staying here. We would’ve left but we had already brought everything in and it was getting late for our kids.

Very little amenities even though they are still advertised on booking agencies. Ice machine is "out of order" on the 1st floor. Shower water didn't get warm the first 2 nights i was there. The printer in the lobby for guests is "out of toner," so you can't print. I guess nobody thought the buy more toner. The pool is "closed until further notice." No coffee makers in the rooms "since COVID." The sign on my room door said I could ask the front desk for one, so I did but they "don't have them anymore, since COVID" I don't think they do housekeeping "since COVID." Carpets are super dirty in the rooms. I tried to buy flip flops to wear in the shower at walmart across the street, but they didn't have any. No weights in the fitness"weight room." Holes in the walls. I had to check the bed every night to make sure there weren't any bed bugs. I made sure to wash everything thoroughly once I got home to be sure. The only hot breakfast is Biscuits and gravy everyday, no eggs or anything. I asked for extra toilet paper during my 6 day stay because my room only had less than half of a (already used) roll from the previous guests, and the staff was not able to find toilet paper or a "do not disturb" sign. They said they would "leave it by my door" once they found some. Overall, I will never stay here again if I have to travel back to Garden City for work. Luckily I work 12 hour shifts and just needed a place to sleep. I used "" to share what the staff actually said to me when I inquired.

the pool has been broke for awhile now. Ive been in several rooms, there is never hot water. Tub this time made a horrible high pitched noise when shower turned on. The toilet chain broke and we fixed it but the toilet stayed running. They brought us another fridge for the room but it froze everything. Breakfast is the same everyday, packaged gravy and biscuits. Wont eat the food. Ice machine doesnt work on first floor. Staff is very nice and great at what they do
