First off, I almost changed hotels and lost the booking because the name inside the hotel and the front are completely different! There is no mention of a name change anywhere. I had just gone in to ask directions to the hotel and it was the right spot. It's called the Lucerne or something like that.
It's the only hotel I have ever seen with a "fake window" so that was different. It was good otherwise, there was a little tea set in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was nice and plentiful with continental and Chinese offerings, plus juice and coffee.
I would stay again, but please update the name so other travelers do not get confused.
Also, I speak English, so they communicated with me on Google translate, it worked well.

Pro: Service was attentive and room design OK. Cleaning on point. Location is convenient but not amazing.
Con: No safe available in the room! Some furniture looked dirty or worn out. At night the street is full of coal smoke from nearby grilled meat skewer places. There was only one roll of toilet paper.

The staff was very nice they even switched our room because we had a room without a window and it was way too hot and stuffy they changed our rooms free of cost . The hotel was ok but there were wet stains in the ceiling and the level of cleanliness was average .

The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are helpful. It's a 15 mins walk from Cha Tin metro station of Line 1. Affordable restaurants are just next to the hotel. One can get a feel of how locals live by exploring the neighborhood. Good value for money.
