Valoraciones de Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin

Cuando fui a Hakata, lo traté como un hotel ordinario. El personal siempre está sonriendo, amable, educado y agradable. Este es un factor de este viaje, y disfruto mucho este viaje.

Prefect location, most of the staff are nice :) There is are 24hrs self service store. Added breakfast option on site, which was around 2,300/head. Breakfast was so-so. In general, it is a great and comfortable place to stay ;)

Really nice hotel in Fukuoka. High CP value. What I really like it that they are close to Akasaka station. You can take the stairs from Exit 3 which will lead you straight to the hotel or lift Exit 6 if you have some heavy luggage, you just need to cross the road and you'll be there. I just hope there was something to celebrate my birthday but that's just some personal touch to it so it shouldn't affect the rating for the hotel itself.

Both me and my hubby like this hotel very much. It is so convenient cos it just next to the train station. The staff in the hotel are very nice. Even the room is very very big but it got everything u need. I am sure will stay here again for the next trip to fokuka.

Nice hotel with quality breakfast. With convenient stores and supermarkets nearby. Just a few steps away from a metro station exit. Recommend.

We spent a night at this Hotel (Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin) in mid/late Nov 2023 and we had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and of decent size. The tub was of full size tub that can fit a person easily. The tub is very rare indeed for hotel in Japan and a lovely room amenity after a full day of walking / site seeing. The location is great and it is just 2 minutes walk to Akasaka Subway Station. We visit the Park next to the Hotel in the morning and then visit the Tenjin / Hakata area for shopping in the afternoon before taking a night flight back.

Nice location nice services, good for family & friends stay

JAL city hotel has provided us a gurantee for good service and good food. However, the room is a bit small even for a small family.

Positives: good location, breakfast with choices of western and Japanese food, staff are helpful and polite, room has a decent coffee machine and all the amenities you would expect. Negatives: room is small with a depressing color theme. Window has no view (not even a city or street view).

If you want to get up late, please do not consider this hotel, as the curtain of this hotel transmit sunlight since 7am…and the bed is quite hard , and there are many small light on top of the ceiling which you can’t switch off..

The best hotel that I have experienced!! Very good location, nice service and house keeping service. My family members are satisfied with the hotel and we will book again next time!

The hotel is clean, and service staff are helpful and polite. Will book again when I go back to Fukuoka.
