One of the most welcoming hotels I have been to. The staff were excellent and the facilities all good. My room was superb with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley run. Breakfast was first class too. I felt very looked after by Marianne and Romana who were the perfect hosts. Thank you

The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to it The staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return.

We stayed one night in this hotel, nice decoration, nice swimming pool, SPA ok The service at reception was great however in the restaurent was just very poor not professional at all very bad service the food was ok

The hotel doesn’t surprise you on first sight. But when are you in you see that every single part is perfectly clean. What is the absolute winner is quality of service of all people. They make you feel you matter a lot. On the top of it - the owner is available everywhere and every time - making personally the best for you, every request is taken in consideration and moreover she has always something extra to offer.

Al 9 jaar komen we hier voor onze wintervakantie, telkens bij het uitchecken reserveren we voor het volgende jaar. Maar dit jaar was het anders, zoals gewoonlijk wilden we bij het uitchecken terug reserveren voor kerst en nieuwjaar 2024/2025 maar er was geen plaats meer voor ons. De receptioniste wist ons te vertellen dat alles was volzet. Blijkbaar wordt hier geen rekening meer gehouden met terugkerende klanten "stamgasten" genoemd. Ik vindt dit heel spijtig want in totaal hebben we hier 11 keer op vakantie geweest en ons steeds zeer goed gehad maar met dit toeval hebben we besloten om niet meer terug te komen en zullen we op een andere locatie verblijven.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het Wohlfühlhotel Schiestl. Het driekwart-pension is zeer uitgebreid en begint in de ochtend met een ontbijt met een buffet en een kok die eitjes naar keuze bakt. Tussen 13 en 17 is er een middagbuffet met soep, friet, salade, quiche, gebak en roomijs. Vanaf 18.00u avondeten en dat is afwisselend een keuze-menu of een thema-buffet. Het is onmogelijk om met honger naar bed te gaan! Als het familie-zwembad je te druk is, kun je naar het zwembad dat bij de wellness hoort: deze is 16+. Het ruim-opgezette sauna-gedeelte was een welkome ontspanning na een druk dagje op de piste. De kamer was ruim en prettig opgezet met een inloopkast en aparte w.c. De gondel naar de Spieljoch is op loopafstand, maar wel een flink steile klim naar beneden en vooral terug naar boven. De gratis skibus naar Hochfügen is om de hoek en zeker aan te raden. Mijn dochter was jarig gedurende ons verblijf en werd flink in het zonnetje gezet. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal für einen Skiurlaub da. Es war wieder zauberhaft! Frau Schiestl führt ihr Hotel mit so viel Herz und schönen, abwechslungsreichen Ideen (Zauberer für die Kinder, Musiker, Kostüme zum Ausleihen an Fasching, Geburtstagsüberraschungen, Kinderspielzimmer, Schlitten zum Ausleihen, Yoga, Fackelwanderung und sooooohooo viel mehr), dass es den Gästen -egal ob groß oder klein- an nichts fehlt. Der Name "Wohlfühlhotel" ist Programm! Wir kommen mit Oma, Opa, Tante und Kind auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Team vom Hotel Schiestl ist sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Meine Tochter hat diverse Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten, das Hotel hat darauf mit viel Liebe und Engagement Rücksicht genommen. Der Koch kam extra zu uns, um mit ihr zu besprechen, was sie essen kann und wie er es zubereiten kann. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr schön und die Saunagänge waren sehr erholsam. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Spieljochbahn, ins größere Skigebiet nach Hochfügen geht ein Skibus.
