My plane landed in the wrong airport due to weather concerns, meaning we were 6hours away from this hotel and had to sit in the airport for 6hours, with no support from Ryanair . Due to this, my friend and I attempted many times to contact this hotel to inform them that we will be a day late to checking in; they did not answer so we were unable to contact them. The next day, after 12 hours, we got to the correct town in Spain, as we walked to our Hotel after travelling for over 24hours, we found it difficult to even get into the hotel as there was no reception and absolutely no customer support in sight. Once we were able to get through the doors, we were greeted with extremely rude women asking for my name and asking me to follow them upstairs. As I did so, they informed me that our hotel room had been cancelled which we had not been informed of. And they were both unable to give us their full attention and kept wondering off- while we were stood waiting to finally figure out if we had somewhere to stay that night or not. They asked us to pay, to which I responded saying ‘we have already payed you for 7 nights’. They began to yell at us both and they were extremely rude, and asked us to leave the property. At this point we were two 18 year old girls who had been stranded in a foreign country on the side of the road lost, after we had already Paid full price for 7 full nights. They are refusing a refund because we failed to inform them that we were going to check in late, but I tried to do this but it was impossible as they did not answer their phone.
