酒店位置不錯，早餐中規中矩，德國旅館的平均水平。但：1）服務需求逐一回絕，雖然態度還可以；2）空調不能用，説是預訂頁面上都有説明，攜程上有嗎？6月天的下午，沒有空調房間裏還是有點難受的！

The clerks at the front desk are nasty and stingy. Wi fi has a difficult system that I have never seen it before. The Coffee maker was not working when I had my breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location

Very nice staff. An excellent price. The room was clean and the water was hot. The breakfast buffet was fresh and good, with hot options. Not the best views, but a good place to sleep at the end of the day. Not far and definitely walkable to the core area of Frankfurt.

Very good location in the city center. Helful staff at reception. But the airconditioning in the whole hotel was not working which made the stay unbearable at 30C heat. Very sad not to be informed in advance while the problem was already few days long…

Top class service from start to finish. A really warm welcome from the reception, rooms were lovely, a great nights sleep and decent continental breakfast with also hot bacon, sausage, beans and scrambled egg. A three minute walk from the nearest tube station and half hour walk from the main railways station. Nearer to, the old town was approx twenty minutes walk away. All walks felt safe
