En general, está bien. Buena ubicación, pero la habitación necesita mejoras. No tienen refrigerador en la habitación y no sirven agua embotellada. El espacio de la habitación es un poco pequeño en comparación con otros lugares. Limpio y cómodo.

All our stay was pre-booked from India, including the breakfast for different time periods in Frankfurt as we had kept it as a base to travel the country. This review is about the second leg when our family of 4 had booked a 2 room apartment with a washing machine and dryer. Since we had a lot of laundry to do after being 10 days on the road, I decided to run the machine right away. But as much as I tried, the washing machine would not start. I called the reception and no one responded. I went down to the reception - and there was a girl called Lydia to whom I explained that we were tired and also needed fresh clothes soon. She was most unhelpful and said that she couldn't leave the desk! All I wanted was some housekeeping help! Later none of the staff who came to check could figure out and they went back to this Lydia - who then came and instructed how to use it!! I told them - they should have an instruction table written on the machine - so that no need bother them. In any case - 3 hours could have been saved if the lady had taken 5 minutes off from her desk to help the customer. Really left a bad taste. After having travelled the world and seen some exemplary hospitality in different countries, this episode and the employee did nothing for her country's reputation. Also, in all the apart hotels that we have stayed in Europe- there cleaning after 3 days. Here it is for one week!! How are hotel guests or tourists expected to stay for one week without cleaning? In the 3rd leg, we had checked out of this room and my husband I moved to a smaller room ( we were to move to another hotel, but decided to stay here - which was a mistake). The A/C never worked and August is a hot month in Germany. No one arrived to see or check the air conditioner. During the last check out - was the perhaps the last straw. That will need another review of its own.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

Está justo al lado de la estación. La ubicación es muy buena. Cuando su avión llegue por la mañana, puede guardar su equipaje primero. Solo el personal puede ingresar a la sala de equipaje. Esta vez nos dieron una habitación accesible y no hubo problemas para usarla. Solo tenga cuidado al ducharse en el baño, ya que el agua saldrá del baño. La habitación está cerca de la estación de tren y se puede escuchar el sonido. Sonido de tranvías pasando por la noche, ¡pero en general es muy tranquilo! ¡El desayuno era rico y delicioso! ¡Muy diligente al maquillarse! Hay un hervidor de agua caliente en la habitación y no se incluye cepillo de dientes ni pasta de dientes, ¡lo cual es muy ecológico! El único pequeño defecto es que es necesario mejorar la limpieza. Descubrí que la colcha estaba muy sucia esa noche, pero el personal respondió rápidamente al mostrador y la reemplazó. ¡En general es recomendable!

He permanecido una noche porque el vuelo fue cancelado, por lo que no he visitado la zona alrededor, pero creo que está bastante lejos del centro histórico. El hotel está en la orilla del Meno, la sala es amplia, así como el desayuno. La habitación individual es muy grande y todo hecho de madera, el baño tiene la bañera. La cortesía y el servicio excelente, les llamó el taxi para el aeropuerto (a unos 10 minutos)
