這家酒店真的給了我超出預期的體驗，必須認真寫個好評。 先説環境，酒店整體裝修風格現代又温馨，大堂通透亮堂，綠植點綴得恰到好處，一進門就讓人覺得放鬆。房間更是讓我驚喜——面積非常寬敞，兩個人住一點都不侷促，窗户很大，採光極好，視野開闊。關鍵是 乾淨程度 可以打滿分，從床品到地毯，從洗手枱到淋浴間，每一處都一塵不染，連角落都沒有灰塵，住着特別安心。 再説基礎設施，真的是 “衹多不少” 。除了常規的燒水壺、保險櫃，居然還配了 小冰箱（冰飲料超方便）、體重秤（出差旅行也不耽誤管理身材）、厚實柔軟的 浴袍，穿着在房間裏活動很愜意。洗漱用品品質也不錯，吹風機風力足，拖鞋分室內外兩種，細節很到位。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有不同高度可選，一夜好眠。 但最讓我感動的是 門口的保安大叔。我們開車到門口時，他立刻小跑過來，主動詢問需不需要幫忙停車。因為周邊車位緊張，他一路小跑帶着我們繞了一圈，耐心指揮我們停進一個很窄的位置，還反覆確認不會剮蹭。下車後，他二話不説幫我們把兩個大行李箱拎到前台，全程笑呵呵的。更貼心的是，我們問他附近怎麼去夜市，他不僅仔細畫了路線，還特意帶我們走到路口，指着標誌性建築反覆叮囑“回來時認準這個燈箱”，確認我們記住了才回去。全程熱情、專業又有分寸，真的被暖到了。 退房時他又主動幫我們把行李搬上車，還提醒我們前面路口有施工，建議繞行。這種發自內心的服務意識，比很多五星級酒店的標準流程更打動人。 總之，無論是硬件還是軟件，這次入住都無可挑剔。下次來這個城市，我一定還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給所有朋友。真心希望酒店能看到這位保安師傅的付出，他值得被表揚！

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. This was easily one of the best stays during my Northern Xinjiang trip. The host and staff were incredibly warm and made the place feel just like home. Surrounded by fresh air and a tranquil, peaceful setting, the environment was perfect for relaxing. A highlight was when the host even accompanied us to a hidden gem nearby, which made the experience truly memorable. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would—this stay exceeded all expectations.
