They ran out of blankets and pillows. Breakfast did not come with the room. Hide a bed is the size of a cot.

To begin with, our key cards didn't work. The beds were very firm, the pillows were flat, so no support. Hot water was non existant after our first night. Let the desk know, they said they had worked on the boiler and turned it up all the way. 2nd morning, the water was bareable, but not hot at all. After 3rd night, it was lukewarm. The first night we tried the cafe. It took over 2 hours to get our food. It was nothing difficult. The 3 days we were there, not one time did they come tidy the room as done at all my other hotel stays. The final morning, even with our do not disturb tag on the door, housekeeping announced herself the same time she open the door. Luckily, the door latch stopped her.
On a positive note... the desk staff was very nice and helpful. The FREE shuttle bus which took us to the Stockyards was amazing!!!
Unfortunately, WE WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

The room was a good size and clean. The air unit was very loud when on and woke me up several times during the night. The bathtub did not drain well during my shower so my feet were in standing water the whole time. The stay was good but I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room towel's could have been cleaner, and the room floors were dirty. The water to shower was lukewarm.

This is our 3rd time staying here and unfortunatley we were dissappointed this time. When we came before it wasnt like this. When i showered the water lukewarm no hot water. There were ants in the restroom, carpets not vaccumed. Beds super squeaky just sitting on it caused the bed to really screech. Lots of noisy people.

Super fun weekend visiting Fort Worth, and awesome perk to get to use the party bus to get to the stockyards! The hotel staff was friendly, and while the hotel could use a few updates, the party, bus and convenience to the stockyards as well as the reasonable pricing compared to other hotels in the area Was awesome. The nightclub with no cover and good drinks made for a very fun time. A good mix of music and it was fun to dance and people watch.

Stayed here for the indoor pool for my son’s birthday. I found the hotel older than the pictures describe. The water in the pool and the Jacuzzi both could use a cleaning. There was hair and debris floating in the water. The mattresses were a little hard. overall, it’s a decent hotel for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel was just outdated and could use an update.
