Golf Hotel

We really had a great experience at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing. Particular mention to Frederika, Imma, lorenzo and Guisseppe. The location was perfect at the bottom of the slope and beside the ski rental and ski pass venues. Had a lovely massage at the spa and would highly recommend this venue especially for families.

Great location in front of Costa slopes,very friendly staff at reception ,in restaurant and animation team for kids, who entertained tham with a lot of engagement and also organized interesting evenings for adults ! Nice room for family 2+1,good food,in overall great stay!thank you all who take cares of Golf Hotel guests

Nice hotel very close to the slopes. Lot of fun for kids and parents in the evenings. Big thanks to animation team Christian, "Blutto" and all others! Food choice for breakfast choice could be better but not bad either. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Positives: Nice pool area, with changing rooms, water was a good temperature Friendly staff working at the front desk Convenient parking Mini club - our son didn’t use it but we borrowed the ping pong paddles and the staff seemed friendly and engaged The room was bare bones, but clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen but it had no pots pans, forks etc. The food - breakfast and dinner- was plentiful and better than I expected from reading some of the reviews. We enjoyed the dinners we had, with plenty of options, including for kids. Location- directly across the Costa ski lift and shuttle bus Room for improvement: Neither the website nor booking confirmation indicated that slippers and swim cap were mandatory for the pool and for those who didn’t bring them, they had to pay Eur 5 and Eur 2 extra, respectively. Annoying to be charged but I would have been OK with it had I been informed in advance. The booking confirmation indicated that wifi was in common areas. To be honest, I glossed over this. But I do find it extremely unusual that a four star hotel (charging several hundred per night) would not have wifi in every room. Even if you got a code to use the wifi in a common area the connection was slow. Not a place where you can work and certainly no streaming services. The dining room staff did their best but they were understaffed and in some cases, under trained there was chaos regarding who could order what, when. It was difficult to find someone to take our offer and once we did, we were told we had to wait until all the children had eaten. Looking around, this simply wasn’t the case. Dinner menu - would suggest having a vegetarian item that isn’t cheese based. The way they “open the gate” of the dining room at 7:30, with everyone waiting outside, creates massive stress and a rush to the buffet. We have been to other establishments where this did not occur.

The hotel does not offer value for the money. It is really an average and it is not 4 stars hotel. The location is great, just across the ski lifts, ski tickets cashier and ski school office. First day they were late with the check in for one hour and the room was wet with intensive smell like chlorine. The room was big and clean but with broken fence on the upper flour. The beds were hard, exactly how I like it, but you need three pillow to get minimum support for the neck. We had a kitchen, but without any dishes or glasses. Wi-Fi is a disaster because it works only near the reception and the real data traffic you can experience after midnight. Most of the staff are reserved, except few nice people. Ski room is dirty, stinky and ruined. You can not dry the boots there. Garage is really big and empty. The hotel needs extensive maintenance and renovation in the near future. Concerning food, you will not be hungry but it is disappoin**ent. Poor breakfast and some diner meal were distasteful. One evening they missed to serve one course of the meal and instead offer extra desert. We have accepted and then they have brought desert twice, but each time half of the cake. Unbelievable. Most of the staff speaks only Italian. The tap water is great but you can not get it in the restaurant in spite of the fact that we have ordered bottles of wine, Coke, Sprite, Fanta every night. Of course, it is not allowed to bring the water from the room. One morning during the breakfast we had a fire in the restaurant because of toaster malfunction. So, this is basically 3* hotel which has to do a lot on the customer relationship field.

Siamo stati in questo hotel l'anno scorso tutto benone Prenoto dal 7 al 10/03 2024,saldo in anticipo.....il giorno 5 chiamo perché per motivi di salute non riusciamo a partire e mi viene detto che la penale da contratto e del 100%,rispondo che lo so e chiedo se gentilmente mi danno la possibilità di scegliere un altro periodo. Assolutamente no! Ringrazio,effettivamente la cortesia in questo hotel non è di casa

Personale accogliente, disponibile e competente. Miniclub Martina e Chiara uno dei valori aggiunti. Struttura pulita e ben collegata alle piste. Possibilità di fare massaggi e sauna. Cibo migliorabile ma buono. Palestra ben attrezzata.

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana al Golf Hotel. Ottima la posizione in quanto vicinissima alle piste, buona la cucina (forse da rivedere qualche piatto), gentile e veloce il personale di sala, disponibile e simpatico il bagnino, molto attenta la ragazza che riordinava e puliva le stanze del secondo piano. Martina ha saputo far divertire i miei figli ed è riuscita ad amalgamare bene tanti ragazzi di diverse età, veramente molto brava! Un ringraziamento va anche al personale della reception sempre disponibile e gentile e a Giuseppe del bar

non capisco come questo hotel possa avere cosi tante recensione negative!!! siamo stati al blu hotel di folgaria l'ultima settimana di Febbraio, viaggiamo spesso e possiamo dire di esserci trovati benissimo. Tutto il personale, dalla reception, al bar, camerieri del ristorante, dalla manutenzione, alla spa, il bagnino della piscina, i ragazzi dell'animazione e mi dispiace se dimentico qualcuno ma sono stati tutti davvero ineccepibili. Cordiali, sorridenti, collaborativi, disponibili. Il mangiare vario, buonissimo e in quantità industriale... La nostra camera era una familiare situata nel residence ma comodamente collegato alla struttura principale, camera spaziosa con letto soppalcato, possibilità di gestire in maniera autonoma il riscaldamento. Cambio asciugamani su richiesta, se li lasciavamo a terra ce li cambiavano. Sulla pulizia nulla da dire, camere pulite e profumate. Concordo soltanto sulla scomodità del letto matrimoniale che abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. Piscina riscaldata fantastica, centro benessere piccolino ma funzionale. Posizione TOP, a 30 metri dalle piste, di fronte all'albergo c'erano i desk per la scuola sci e per fare gli skipass. Un pomeriggio ci hanno bussato per cambiare una lampadina che non ci eravamo nemmeno accorti essere fulminata (probabilmente su segnalazione delle cameriere) Un ringraziamento speciale alla nostra cameriera Desy, difficilissmo trovare cosi tanta competenza e gentilezza. Hai reso la nostra vacanza ancora piu' piacevole.
