I have used this hotel for work trips a couple of times. It is well located, at 44 and 270, making it easy to drive out to various places in the StL Metro area.
This is not a romantic getaway hotel, it's a straightforward "I need a place to sleep" hotel, and nothing more.
It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. Don't let the "industrial" locale put you off.
The people who work here are very friendly, and the rates are very reasonable.
I don't do hotel breakfasts, but looking in the dining room, it's the typical make your own waffle, scrambled eggs kind of breakfast.
The coffee and coffee maker in the room is very good.
They also have microwaves and fridges in the rooms.

Bathtub dirty, plastic found in drain. Couldn't find separate building for breakfast, food not enjoyable.
No microwave. no refrigerator until housekeeping moved one from another room. utility carts old & difficult to push. Understaffed.
Shoes all wet & dirty from going to other building.
Location of hotel difficult to find & driving on windy & narrow road.

The pool is CLOSED! I booked this hotel for price-pool-breakfast. My kids were very disappointed and the hotel didn’t even tell us the pool was closed when we went to check in, the kids were in swim suits and we asked where the pool was.

We ended up staying in multiple rooms because there were so many issues shoes. The second room they put us in had bags over the smoke detector because people were smoking in the room before us we had to let them know. The pool was closed down the the breakfast was stale. The whole hotel was dirty you could see dust in corners and on picture frames

The property is out to get people out there money they told me before hand no smoking in the room because of the feee and do it outside so I agreed to the terms and don’t smoke in the room they still charge my card 300 dollars for smoking in the room and when asked by manger what smoke did they see and they said the smell of smoke was in the room and I explained to them that even if you smoke Outside and come inside you will still be carrying the smoke on you and they said they had evidence of me smoking and I told them look at the cameras and they would see me go smoke in my car and they said they won’t waste they time looking at it but charge my card for 300 is crazy worst experience in my life.
