Warmly greeted at reception and was upgraded to a family room. Staff brought us and our bags to the room, and made sure we were happy with it. Any queries or requests were instantly resolved. Beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Kids loved the xiaodu-xiaodu smart room controls. Hotel itself is walking distance to several malls, Starbucks and the WanLv garden. Downstairs is a ”must-try” renowned bakery. Good dimsum restaurant on the 3rd floor. A top choice if we visit Haikou again!

Excepto para el Aircon - parece que se detiene (o el ventilador se detiene) cuando la temperatura alcanza el nivel fijado (o cuando supera los 22 grados). Nos hemos dado feedback a las damas y se han prometido venir a ver, pero nadie ha venido. Esta era la misma pregunta para nuestra última estancia en Mercure XiAn. ¿Nos preguntamos si hay algún problema de configuración que deberían compartir con nosotros cuando se ingresa? En diciembre, hemos reservado Mercure Yu Garden en Shanghai y ahora está pensando en cancelar y cambiar a otro hotel debido a esta cuestión de aire acondicionado.

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Este hotel es muy rentable. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito y pilas de carga en el estacionamiento. El lobby es muy espacioso y hay un área de descanso. La actitud en la recepción también es muy buena, muy entusiasta, y también recomendó un lugar para comer en Longhu al lado, y también puedes ver el árbol de Navidad después de encenderlo, lo cual es genial.

真的很nice，訂房的時候提前備註兩間房都在同一個樓層實現了，亞朵的風格和服務都是有求必應，一直出行住亞朵絕不會出錯，主打一個安心，酒店位置在打卡點附近，離騎樓、萬綠園、雲洞圖書館、世紀大橋這些都很近，退房的時候前台小姐姐還給我們送上水路上喝。

We were passing through Haikou and needed a good value place to stay. Room was recently refurbished. Staff helpful and friendly. Booked the family room with kids theme and separate kids bed. Very pleasant stay. It also has a ball pit and play area for kids. Perfect for my 6 year old boy.

The hotel is a little bit expensive for what you get. There is no aircon in the corridor and the rooms are extremely hot in summer. However, the aircon works well in the room and there is an intelligent toilet that reads books and tells you the recent news. Could be noisy depending on the room location. The staff is a bit lazy but friendly. Many people stay a long time in the hostel because they have troubles in life and hard childhood.
