The room itself was nicer than expected however, our blanket had stains on it, our room felt like there was no heat in it and the thermostat didn’t work so it was a pretty cold night…

The young man at check in was condescending and rude. We asked to check in early as check in wasn’t till 3pm we checked in at 220 and they charged us an additional $20. Once we finally got to the room the door didn’t work. We again had to go back down to the reception area with nobody to be found. I had to call the hotel and inform the man working that I was back due to the key / door not working. He again was rude and said that they would have to sent maintenance to look at the door. At this point it was 245. Once I stated this I also asked for the $20 to be returned. He declined and reluctantly changed the room. I will never book at this place again. They should have heavily discounted due to the pool also being closed.

Bed was too hard for me; husband like it. Food was average. Location was easy off and on highway, but it was noisy being so close to freeway. Staff was very friendly.

A July reviewer said pool was unavailable. Still was 3 months later. Desk guy, when we asked if we could get comped in some fashion said, "there is no such thing". Will never stop here again!

No amenities around the property. Too expensive for what received in return. Breakfast in morning was cold at 6:00 am opening.
