Wonderful hotel and staff fully wonderfully..
Staff fully helpful and always wanted to help...
Facilities are amazing
The only issue would be some lack of facilities signage
The swimming pool is not clear as to where it is nor is the farmhouse restaurant.
Reception are great but only one key is given as norm despite 2 people staying in a room.
Also clock for London had not been updated correctly. Reception staff wish to update but management seems to be strict on what they can do.
Front entrance are wonderful and so helpful.
Lifts for floor 8 and 3 are common but other floors require room key to work.
Not really explained as it is assumed patrons are fully aware.

My experience was AMAZING! Thank you Team Eka! Most especially Lucy Makau my room stewardess, chefs Martine and Bonke for taking care of my specific needs. Remmy the guest relations officer for always following up on my 5 nights stay and making sure i was comfortable in all levels. Definitely this is the place to be if you are ever in Eldoret! I call it my honme away from home. Thank you Eka hotel!

The staff are welcoming, friendly and the food is of great quality. Wide variety for meals and the fruits enjoyable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The health club team are friendly and helpful. Overall stay was great and I truly enjoyed myself.

Check in was OK,rooms, amenities and all interior design was lovely until we decided to go for dinner and the waitresses were not attentive we had to raise our hands all the time, steak served without steak knife and waitress showed up after the meal was done for satisfaction check.Amazing hotel but poor service in the restaurant

I don't have any experience of other hotels in the Eldoret, but this one is great. Finally in Kenya I am in a room with decent Airconditioning. And the gym was great as well (athough it could use aircon instead of having the windows open). A feeling of spaciousness helped the evening bar and restaurant experience. As is often the case in Kenya, very attentive, helpful and polite staff, albeit not always the most efficient (If 30 minutes wait for a g & t is too much for you just go stand at the bar while they make it and then take it back to your table). Because this is a relatively new hotel, the facilities are better than the one in Nairobi.

My recent stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room ambience was top-notch, with a perfect blend of comfort and style. The décor was modern yet inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The food selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was outstanding. EKA Eldoret is a wonderful hotel to stay in. The facility is modern and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We absolutely loved our stay. Every staff member was warm and friendly, and their service was superb. Highly recommended!

You will not be disappointed. The room service is delicious, the staff are supper professional and polite and the rooms are so clean and surpassed my expectations! I will stay here every time I visit Eldoret if possible.
