Bueno, rara vez me decepcionó a este nivel. De hecho, el hotel tiene 2 partes: la primera con grandes villas (que se vean bien), restaurante, piscina y la segunda con casas pequeñas, bar y acceso a la playa. Para ir a la zona hay que salir del complejo, usar un camino común con una casa destruida (ver fotos) y luego acceder a la casa. No tuvimos suerte por el clima (tormenta tropical) pero el techo estaba goteando (se reparó, pero luego apareció otra gotera). Una villa se inundó… Baño con equipamiento mínimo y baja presión/bajo caudal. Sin comodidades. Colchón regular. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido, así que tienes que elegir entre dormir pero con calor/húmedo o mantenerte fresco pero no dormir. La lluvia estaba haciendo un gran ruido en el techo (los otros hoteles no hacían tanto ruido). Obras de construcción en una casa a partir de las 7 de la mañana varios días seguidos, no es una buena forma de disfrutar de las vacaciones… De hecho, debe ser el nombre de 2 hoteles diferentes, no puede tener el mismo nombre/marca/precio. mismo stan

Lugar atmosférico, maravilloso jardín y habitaciones. me sentí como en casa Cerca de la playa con botes - no se puede nadar. Pero puedes alquilar un kayak y nadar hasta playas salvajes en 15 minutos, y encontrarte con tortugas en el camino. Puedes tomar un tuk tuk a una buena playa. Hay muchos bares, restaurantes cerca.

The property is small and although not right in the beach it is only. ashore walk through the garden and past a few bungalows to the beach. Not sealt a swimable beach, a bit muddy during low tide. The staff were friendly enough but the toilet continues to have problems with flushing so I assume that either the sceptic tank has not been cleaned out for a long time or there is a plumbing problem, either way we solved the problem by putting sufficient water in the plast ic trash can and would use this to flush through after a big message, all in all not nice when staying two nights, and seeing that management did not do anything about this ( as reported in an earlier review). The bar busy the beach is uninspir8ng, no wonder all guests go nextdoor for happy hour drinks! Suggest to take the pool away and put a nice bar area so guest can enjoy sunset with a great bartender and incredible service then you could be way ahead. The owner manager should sit there every day and talk to guests to find out why guests don’t sit there and fix the problem, not rocket science. Breakfast service team and garden pool bar team zaling a good job.

It was a memorable experience for us. It’s really recommendable to stay here. The only problem is the plumbing, but overall our stay was 💯!!

This resort enjoys a fantastic location! Just a short stroll from the beach, it offers a relaxing pool area, outdoor restaurant and beautiful sunset views. However, there are a few areas for improvement: 1.Beach and room towels could be in better condition. Some are old and have an unpleasant odor. 2.Room 6 had a water pressure issue. Even after maintenance, it wasn't strong enough for proper showering. 3.Reception staff could benefit from more friendly and helpful service.

At first everything seems nice but on the inside it’s a real mess. Everything started on the second day when we realized our bungalow is full of ants. The ”filtered drinking water”, tables, ceiling, walls and even bed were full of bugs. We immediately contacted the reception (5.30pm) and they said they will contact management. Till this day I dont know if there is any actual management, because the receptionist or us could never contact them🤷🏼‍♂️ The Coco Resorts solution to this ant problem was offering 50% of our last nights payment back to us (not even a full refund for a night we cannot spend because of their aunt problem???) or a ”deep clean” of the room. Trust me, their definition of deep cleaning is far from deep. After hours of trying to get someone to clean the room and trying to contact the management we got confirmation the room was cleaned. Only to find out all the ants were still in there and only the linens and towels were changed😂 It was around 9pm at this time, management was ”not working right now” and housekeeping was also out. Only option was to sleep in a bed full of ants and hope things would turn out better tomorrow. Next morning the management was supposed to be in the lobby at 8am, then 10am, then 1pm but they didn’t show up. Coco Resorts solution was to blame us for the ant problem (supposedly we brought there food when they had sugar etc on the tables before we arrived). I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. There are so many better places to stay for the same/lower price. The staff tried to play it nice but in the end they don’t care about their customers AT ALL. Hard pass.

This is my first time to Palawan and have always wanted to visit here. It's about a 3 hour drive from Puerto Princesa, but very convenient to El Nido Proper. My friend booked this hotel and hotel rates for 4 nights were unbelievably inexpensive! Prior to this trip, I came in blind with no research into what was in store for this new experience. I came in completely blind and just went with the flow. Upon checking in, I'm blown away with how close this resort is to the beach. It's a completely beach style resort type of hotel with a variety of rooms, Bungalows, and different types of rooms depending on how many people are in the group. Hotel Amenities include swimming pool, no Fitness Center, complimentary breakfast at the pool side restaurant, 24/7 front desk with concierge service for booking activities, a gift shops and private beach access. The room my friend booked was a Bungalow. Room was furnished with a King Size Bed, air conditioning, in-room safe, single bathroom, mini refrigerator with a ton of ala carte alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. There's also outdoor lanai seating area with a cold water whirlpool which I thought was a jacuzzi, complimentary WiFi, plenty of closet space, and the most important item is an electronic big zapper! Hospitality service is excellent. Spa features services which me and my friends enjoyed after a day of excursion. I didn't mind that our massages were in an open-air lanai, while the bugs weren't bothering me, they were biting others in my group lol.

The Coco Resort boasts a fantastic beachfront location, complete with two stunning swimming pools, a superb restaurant (Coco Resto), and a lush tropical garden. While the beach area isn't suitable for swimming, the resort’s convenient parking and friendly staff add to its overall appeal. Every room is a nice cottage. However, we encountered a significant issue with bed bugs, indicating a quick need for deep disinfection and pest control. This was disappointing given that everything else was perfect. Despite this setback, the resort’s many positive attributes make it a place worth considering.

Lovely friendly hotel beside beach. Nice pool and gardens with a small pool n bar down on beach. Good restaurant with entertainment some nights.

Experience for 3 nights Really nice place with rats in the ceiling. They run and making noise during the night so you can enjoy a great concert or also imagine a boxing fight between rats. The best thing is even if you ask the reception to do something, they don’t care at all but pretend to be, nice acting ! At least we had a great discount of 8€ on a total of 290€ amount, it worth it 🎉 So generous and professional
