This place is always booked due to being the nicest Hotel in the Valley. It’s very clean with great amenities. Staff is always friendly. Just wish the last three visits they would place not next to the elevator or stair case. Even when I suggest not to be near one .

Very , very, very, very...Did I say very clean? Man i think for this property to be open for 6 years....it is probably THE BEST I have see for the age of it. Staff was very personable and friendly!

The hotel was perfectly located near shopping center and dining options. Our room was clean and staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast reception was always stocked and had various different options. I'd recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting the area.

They rushed to pack up breakfast the first day we were there. Granted, we got to the breakfast area at 9:40 AM but most of the food was gone and the staff refused to make more. It was partially our fault for getting there so late but they advertise breakfast served until 10:00 AM. They should honor that pledge.

Room was average, I was informed that we can pick up breakfast to go in the morning, found out that is Not Saturdays until 6 or 7 am, way after we have to check out. Tv was not working. Front office couldn't give me a print receipt, that i need for bussines expenses. I stay in other one before, close to the Hampton and our stay was better.

Good place to stay in el Centro, good location

Girl at front desk was great. She was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected with enough options to please most everyone.

Was so nice and clean breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

TV not working other than that my stay was brief no complaints, clean comfortable beds.

The chair in the room had old blood stains or some other human excrement. There was dirt or mold in the corners in the shower

It was a pleasant stay with a great breakfast.

The property was clean and well maintained.
