Good stay other than few issues sunbeds are open from 8:30-18:00 2 hours after sunrise and 2 hours before sunset. It means before or after this hours you'll have to lay on the rocky ground. Hotel is old Staff is very nice. food ok. Great location. The hotel costs premium price so you expect premium service and accommodation

A magical stay made even greater thanks to the staff who want you to have a great holiday, we stayed for shabbat in the boutique , the room was spacious and had a great view to our surprise we were left with some gifts waiting for us in the room (wine, popcorn, chocolat and a plate of fruite) which was really kind of them to do ,the food on friday night was superb, and the breakfast had everything you could think of . A special thank you to the manager and all the staff who treated us like family

Great Hotel, good service. The pool area very clean, the waiter Alon served us very well and gave us clean towels with great smell The food very tasty, very nixe waiters and crew. Highly recommended hotel i was very pleased. Now i need more characters so i keep writing.

I had a magical experience at the Harrods Boutique Hotel. I felt luxury, we were welcomed already in the lobby with drinks and candies. Manager Shirley who made me and my partner a dream vacation. When we entered the room was large with an absolutely pampering double bed. The bathroom was equipped with everything! The balcony was huge with a double bed also on the balcony. The room was equipped with an espresso machine with cold and sweet water and a cold fruit plate. This is the hotel that has attention to detail. Thanks for the hospitality at a level I haven't seen anywhere else. Many thanks from the bottom of my heart to Shirley the manager and her magical team. My partner and I are definitely waiting for the next vacation at Harrods Boutique

The hotel is nice and quiet. The front desk manager, Valeria, was amazing. We loved that with our deluxe room we could use the spa facilities as well as the business lounge at no additional cost. Since our room wasn’t booked for the night we are leaving we were extended a late check out of 14:00. The bed was very comfortable and on a different level than the salon. Food at breakfast was really good as well. Great vacation spot.

Not clean, not tastey, not convenient or simply - NO! We stayed in a suite which was smelly when we checked in, and was not properly cleaned the whole stay (4 nights). To get a reasonable pool you have to go to a the adjacent hotel, the restaurant is small and food was not tasty.

It was our first time, didn’t know what to expect. The lobby was small but had nice welcoming treats snacks and drinks. We ordered 2 deluxe rooms on the 10th floor, with connecting doors and H/B. The room was more than we expected, lots of space, Nespresso coffee machine, wonderful sea view. Breakfast was great! Nice variety especially for the kids. Dinner was even better, one of the best hotels we stayed in Eilat. The pool was small but we were able/allowed to go to the pool in Herods Palace across our hotel.

Probably the best holiday we ever had in the last 10 years in Eilat 💪❤️ Our family is there at least once a year or two and this time was the BEST value for money. The launch and spa were a perfect upgrade to our stay ( 5 days) and we spent time out of the hotel only for the sea and attractions that were in the city. Shirley the manager of the hotel and here stuff did all they could to make our stay the best. Well done❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
