James Vignoble Hotel, Eguisheim

前台服務到位，耐心仔細介紹酒店服務內容和規則。酒店去小鎮中心約6分鐘的步行距離。預訂的是通往葡萄園的套房，3人入住，略小了點，但沒想到意外的驚喜是看到早上的日出，霞光萬道灑落房間，美妙極了！酒店有停車位，適合自駕。

During my stay , i was charged unrightfully a massage due to human mistake made by the hotel personnel.I went to the reception where they promised me to correct this. However the massage 99€ was charged anyway on my final bill. Now 3 months later i still didnt receive refund even after calling / mailing the hotel multiple times where it was confirmed i would be refunded. Very sad that i need to spent multiple hours for this due to unprofessionalism hotel personnel.

A very modern hotel with friendly professional staff. Situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Eguisheim, we stayed for 5 nights in a Suite Vignes with a beautiful terrace directly on the vineyard. Breakfast was very good with local produce & good coffee! Eguisheim was a beautiful village with plenty of very good restaurants, reservations would be a good idea. Plenty to see in the area with Colmar only a few miles away. Nature park in Hunawihr is also worth a visit. There is also a great bike hire shop, Alsa Cyclo Tours in the centre of Eguisheim & they are super helpful. Hotel has great private secure parking at a cost which was well worth it.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and dog, and think it is a Very special place. The rooms are cosy and warm, the pools and outdoor areas are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are so nice and friendly. We didn’t have any issues with the dog and were made to feel very welcome! We will return for sure. Just one thing to improve - the windows in the bedrooms need curtains that properly cover them to avoid sunlight early in the morning. Otherwise, can 100% recommend!

Lovely stay here, we did have a vineyard suite and to have the outside space was wonderful, prices had risen considerably since we booked so don’t think we would go again but the hotel honoured the price we booked in room rate, parking and breakfast so top marks. Thank you. Ideally situated at the edge of the beautiful town of Eguisheim. I recommend this hotel, we had a lovely stay.

The hotel is five minutes walking distance away from one of the most beautiful towns in France, where there are many excellent restaurants. You feel part of history of this 1300 years town since it was founded, and with every step you take is just amazing, yet you are staying in a very modern and comfortable hotel, with excellent service

We have been to Alsace several times in the past years. This year we were booking last minute and have chosen James Hotel in Eguisheim. Hotel itself looks renovated, there is an "old" part of the hotel as well as new, modern part. By the time of the booking there were only Classic and Superior rooms available (looking better than a Classic room) so we booked Superior Room. It was to our big surprise when the staff at the hotel presented the room to us - it was old room located in between two floors with a view of a roof/wall. You can compare the pictures from *********** vs real photos - very different. I complained about it however were told that it was "different" Superior room...Hmmm... The room was not only old but a bit stinky too. The worst part was the bed which was too short (I am 185 cm so nothing unusual). Very dissapointing, bad sleep.. To describe the rest of our stay: Hotel itself (public premises) looked nice, staff were nice too. There is a garage for 7 EUR a night which we found very useful. Breakfast, bar, pool etc.: the selection of the food during breakfast was decent but the coffee was terrible (tasted like an instant coffee). You better avoid it. There are no coffee mugs/cups so you have to drink your coffee from a bowl! Went to the bar one night, ordered a glass of Riesling - it tasted spoiled, perhaps the bottle was opened for too long. Perhaps the bar wasn't that busy.... Pool area is nice but very crowded given the number of rooms vs pool capacity. Overall if we were given the Superior Room which we booked I would have given 4* instead of 3.

This modern renovatie hotel is located at the foot of the center of the pretty village of Eguisheim. It has a beautiful pool with a view on the wine yards. The room was spacious and the terrace was finished with nice wood. There is a bar, parking placets under the hotel and a great breakfast which could be eaten outside. The staff is very friendly. We were here only for 1 night but like to come back for a longer stay. Next year they indicated that they would have a separate room for storage and cleaning of mountain bike bikes. This hotel is highly recommended!

Hotel immerso nei vigneti alsaziani. È un’ottima location per ritemprarsi in pace e relax oppure come riferimento per visitare i dintorni meravigliosi . È situato in un paese delizioso vicinissimo a colmar ma anche fuori dalla zona molto turistica. È circondato da ristoranti e da locali dove alla sera si può cenare facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi.Pulizia al top ..personale anche ( un ringraziamento particolare a Fabiola) e a**osfera magica. vorrei tornare ! ..
