Premier Inn Glasgow East Kilbride Peel Pk

Llegamos tarde al hotel alrededor de las 9 pm, exhaustos por un viaje de 5 horas. Nuestra habitación era la planta baja número 1. Una vez que nos instalamos y comenzamos a dormirnos alrededor de las 11:30 p.m. Nos dimos cuenta de que la puerta que conducía al pasillo se cerraba de golpe cada vez que se abría y se cerraba, lo que provocaba un fuerte ruido sordo y vibraba en nuestra habitación. El ruido continuó durante toda la noche. Sabíamos que si íbamos a la recepción sería inútil ya que no podían hacer nada y el hotel estaba completo. Además de esto, teníamos a alguien arriba que tocaba música y caminaba constantemente de un lado a otro. Asistíamos a un funeral familiar al día siguiente y viajábamos de regreso a nuestra casa. Hablamos con el gerente y ella proporcionó un número para llamar, sin embargo, después de varios intentos, no pude contactar al servicio al cliente. Entiendo si los huéspedes pueden ser ruidosos, pero ¿por qué una puerta no tiene al menos un cierre suave para eliminar el ruido y la acción de cerr**** de golpe, especialmente en un hotel ocupado?

Excelente personal y habitaciones limpias significaron que tuvimos una estancia estupenda. Nos sentimos muy renovados alojándonos aquí, lo cual necesitábamos ya que habíamos reservado alrededor de 12 habitaciones para la familia, todos asistiendo a una boda en Glasgow. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Exceptionally clean , comfy bed and quiet room , reception staff lovely and welcoming , ideal location , will definately stay again . The Wi-Fi wasn’t great and kept cutting out but that wasn’t really an issue and didn’t take away from what was an enjoyable relaxing stay .

Very comfortable, clean and staff were great and friendly. Great location, food in restaurant was lovely, quick service. Hotel is worth the money and would highly recommend. Plenty car park spaces or bus stop 2min away.

A great warm welcome after driving for over 200 miles. The receptionist Carol was a joy to deal with and really made us feel welcome. The sleep was amazing after travelling so far. We will be back to stay as you really look after and care about you guests

Nice old lady was working in the reception on 24th of Feb was just brilliant. Room was also as we expected. It was clean, very cozy, free parking was there too. It always does in Premiere Inn. Niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Really good night sleep in Premier Inn Peel Park, beds are just so comfortable and room had everything I needed. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant next to hotel was also very lovely and again staff in restaurant were very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay at Peel Park Premier Inn.

Stayed here as we had an event in East Kilbride and it was cheaper to book a hotel than get a taxi home. Location was easy to find, plenty of parking for the size of the hotel. There's a Harvester right next door and then KFC, McDonalds, Burger King etc nearby. Close to EK shopping centre. The lady at reception was lovely, so welcoming and friendly everytime we saw her. She had blonde hair and glasses, but I didn't catch her name. Room was simple, but spacious and clean. My only gripe is that the room was a bit smelly, not sure whether it was the drains or what but it wasn't nice. You got used to it, but it's the first thing I noticed when going into the room.

The staff was great. Carol was lovely and very helpful and kind to my wee one. She even got a selection box. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. I defos recommend going as we will be coming back. The food is great too and big portions for the money also unlimited salad bar which is awesome.
