Lindo hotel. Se ve y se siente nuevo. La ubicación es buena. Céntrico y de fácil acceso para mi propósito. Está efectivamente en la propia ciudad. Incluso hay una zona al aire libre para que la gente disfrute del entorno exterior. Wifi funcionó bien. Hay un bar para aquellos que quieran tomar un par de copas y el desayuno es decente. Sin duda consideraría quedarme nuevamente en el futuro.

I visited the clink I lar hostel with two of my friends in February 2024. Now the staff was really friendly and lovely and the location was great. However, I was in a mixed room (with mostly men) because we were a group of 2 girls and one guy and the room was disgusting. There was absolutely no ventilation, windows didn’t open and there was no air conditioning so the room stank of body odour and sweat! It was very unpleasant… The bed layout was also really strange, two of the bunk bed sets, the ones at the corner of the room were sort of connected which meant that the man sleeping in the bed next to mine could just move his curtain and look into my bed, which he did and made me feel really uncomfortable. Other than that during our stay the kitchen was out of order which was also incredibly inconvenient because Dublin is so expensive. So in conclusion I would not really recommend if you’re a woman/queer person unless you stay in a private room or woman only room.

Myself & two friends checked in to a triple room (Room 7) on Friday 24th February 2023. The hotel room was dirty. The towels had “stains” on them and was not very clean at all. The bed mattresses had marks and stains on there and it felt very unclean. The room was unhygienic and extremely dusty. This reflects on your previous reviews from Trip Advisor. The window is rotting away and dirty, and in the morning, it was wet with condensation and the room made all our clothes and bedding feel damp and cold. On Saturday morning, there was no running water. When we spoke to someone at the hotel, they said it would be fixed that day. It was not. We spoke to someone again and they said the water would take time to come up to the room? We had no running water. Please be advised that one of the guests in the room is Disabled. He has a bowel condition meaning that he has to change his external stoma every day. Being unable to hygienically wash was a challenge and could have caused infection or serious health concerns. We could not use taps to brush teeth, we could not shower, and most importantly, we could NOT flush the toilet chain. Meaning our facilities were redundant. We did not pay 400 euros, to stay in a hostel. This is what it felt like. We were told to shower in a “communal” shower downstairs on the first floor. That was absolutely disgusting. Unclean and unhygienic and the water trickled out of the head of the shower, which effectively means we did not feel clean once we “Showered”. We addressed this again on Sunday to a lady on reception and nothing was done about it. When we checked out on Monday, we spoke to a man on the reception desk who did not really take me very seriously. I explained the issues and he just stood there and smiled and didn’t even apologise or offer any refund for these issues. We did not pay 400 euros to stay in a hotel with a shared shower. This is not advertised as a shared bathroom and a hostel. It is advertised as a B&B. Yes, a B&B that cannot meet basic Health and safety regulations. I told him I would escalate to **********. I spoke to them today, and they advised they contacted the hotel, and they would call me regarding this, which they have not done. I am very disappointed that we paid hard earned money to stay at your hotel, yet the basic minimum requirements were not met of: Cleanliness Hygiene Running water Clean bedding and towels We have written for a refund. If not, we may take action.

Hemos estado 3 noches en 2 apartamentos para visitar Dublin 8 personas. La ubicación y el trato del personal es excelente. El desayuno buffet es muy completo. Echamos en falta algún armario. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Este hotel fue una excelente elección , una semana antes de nuestra estadía el hotel me contactó para confirmar que aún planeamos visitar, mencioné en mi respuesta que fue una excursión sorprendente para el 50o de mi esposa y nos saludaron en nuestra habitación con un carné de cumpleaños La habitación está muy bien equipada y está muy bien equipada con una caja de chocolates para mi esposa. Las habitaciones estaban cómodas y limpias y estaban bien servidas , el desayuno era excelentemente de la elección y la comida en el restaurante en la noche era excelente calidad . El hotel está en una excelente posición para facilitar el acceso al aeropuerto o al centro de Dublín y se encuentra a la vez con un servicio regular y frecuente de autobús gratuito o con un poco más de energía que se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la ciudad . Seguramente volveremos y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos y familia

Este hotel forma parte de nuestra estancia de viaje mientras visitamos la isla. El personal es muy bienvenido y útil. El lobby es invitado. El cuarto era un poco rígido para 2 personas y 2 maletas. La cama no estaba cómoda. La habitación era muy agradable, con un buffet de desayuno bien almacenado, incluyendo tostadoras para los panes. El personal de la restaurante también era muy amable y útil. La ubicación era buena para caminar o tomar el tren para visitar a todo el territorio de Dublín. Está a pie a Guiness Storehouse (hacer reservas) y Templebar.

The pictures made this place look so good but beware! My partner and I booked a 4 night stay and were excited to find a reasonably priced and cute looking place even if it was far from Dublin city center. The first room we were assigned was dirty including a used bottle of mouth wash on the floor of the room. After requesting a different room, we were moved down the hall to a new room. This one was dirty: *Toenail* on the floor, Bottle of febreeze on the counter, Smelled bad Disgusting lump of tape and something?? stuck to the wall Booger on the wall Stains There were also greasy smears on the night table and window sill. Pretty much you didn't want to touch anything. We were exhausted form a hectic day of travel so decided to grin and bear it for the night and then promptly cancelled the reservation the next morning. While the hotel refunded the remainder of the stay they did nothing to make up for the awful experience and significant inconvenience of having to re-book, change plans, etc. When I called to reach the property the next morning (no in person staff at the property which we knew), I was informed the manager would not be in until 10am. I called back at 10:05 and was informed the manager was still not in. Called back at 10:30, still not in. Finally, got a call around 10:40 from the manager who agreed to cancel the reservation after I told them how dirty the room*s* had been. In fairness, the bathroom and bed seemed pretty clean (and the portrait of Jonathan Rhys Meyers from The Tudors is hilarious). Save yourself a headache and frustration and book somewhere else. Worst stay I've had in a long time.

Hicimos un viaje a Irlanda. Allí està una nieta nuestra estudiando y fuimos a caer en el hotel Plaza. Nosotros no hablamos ni entendemos nada de inglés, por lo cual era un problema desplazarnos a ver a nuestra nieta lejos de Dublín. Por suerte nos encontramos con una excelente chica en la recepción del hotel, de nombre Cristina y de Sevilla. Nos ayudó muchíssimo y en todo, por lo que estamos muy agradecidos. Excelente persona, gracias a ella pudimos ir hasta el lugar correspondiente. El hotel también perfecto, el mejor de los cinco que pisamos durante nuestra estancia.

Ideal preflight stopover. Handy to have bar and Cafe . Staff very efficient and friendly. Quiet considering proximity to the airport. Could not fault this hotel it had everything we needed for our stay

Este hotel es decente por las normas irlandesas pero todavía tiene todas las habituales caídas de hoteles en Irlanda. Estamos llegando a las 3:30 para ser diciendo que la habitación no está lista y el check-in no está hasta las 4:00 en cualquier caso. Ansioso pero no biggie. La habitación de la familia es muy espaciosa con una gran vista al campo de golf y la costa. Alimentos en el hotel el precio habitual de grandes porciones de las ofertas estándar es pesca n chips, hamburguesas, saladas de César, etc. Esto es bueno después de un juego de golf, pero cuando en las vacaciones por unas semanas, necesito menús con algo ligero e inventivo. El hotel es la mejor opción en la localidad.
