En mi opinión, la ubicación no es exactamente cercana y transitable con equipaje. Si hace calor no recomiendo caminar hasta el metro. No hay mucho en el área, no hay comida, solo un mini centro comercial de 24 gramos, que es bastante costoso. La habitación es sencilla, creo que es lo suficientemente buena para un buen descanso. El wifi funciona bien. Me quedé por 3 días pero solo proporcionan 2 botellas de agua de 300 ml para los 3 días. Lo cual creo que es bastante extraño.

Estadía sin problemas. Valor excelente para dinero en Dubai. La habitación era limpia y bien grande. La ubicación es a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro. Pero la mejor parte de la estancia fue el personal amigable y muy útil, especialmente Lee en la mesa delantera. Muy recomendado.

Hotel perfecto si buscas cercanía al aeropuerto. Buenas instalaciones, habitaciones amplias y limpias, buen servicio y desayuno muy completo. Está realmente muy cerca del aeropuerto, así que la ubicación es excelente. Y aunque quisieras alojarte aquí para hacer turismo, seguiría siendo buena zona, cerca de la parte antigua de Dubai. Uso mucho esta cadena de hoteles porque me dan confianza.

Super estadía en el hotel elemento al Jaddaf, la recepción es muy conveniente, el hotel es limpio, con todos los equipos necesarios. No puedo decir nada bueno o malo sobre el hotel, pero para este dinero el nivel del hotel debería ser más alto, no 4 estrellas aquí.
El hotel tiene problemas con momentos organizativos, en la recepción nos dijeron que no estabamos en el sistema, y el hotel buscaba una reserva por unos 40 minutos, aquí es un largo tiempo de check-in

SSheila the FavHe estado en el hotel por más de 24 días y disfruté principalmente de mi estadía ya que el hotel está limpio, la cama es buena, huele fresco y el ambiente es adecuado por el precio de MENOS Dh180 por noche para esta ubicación. Es un muy buen hotel para estadías cortas, pero la seguridad es un problema y se debe en gran parte a su vecindario.
Creo que la mayoría del personal del hotel es bueno, pero ten cuidado con el sexismo. También necesitan más formación para respetar los derechos de los consumidores.
También tienen un problema con la 'estructura de tenencia' con respecto a su seguro. Ahora es el 2 de octubre de 2022, así que si lees esto unos años más tarde, este podría ser un hotel totalmente diferente.
- Barsha Heights es un barrio urbano en transición. No apto para aquellos un poco conservadores como yo.
Cuestiono seriamente la combinación de marketing y seguridad de esta propiedad y no la consideraría adecuada para familias con niños pequeños.
1) los baños no son aptos para niños y se salpican fácilmente. Me cambié a una habitación con bañera, pero los lados de la bañera son demasiado altos y es un peligro para la seguridad.
- La estética es buena pero el diseño no es su fuerte.
-El personal de limpieza hace un muy buen trabajo limpiando los pisos. Estos chicos son buenos. Su alta dirección también es bastante buena. Su personal en general en general es demasiado inexperto para el estándar de Dubai.
2) los descansos del piso no están bien marcados y un niño se bajó en el piso equivocado y se asustó y se confundió. Lo bajé en el piso correcto. Lo vi más tarde con sus padres.
- la mayoría de los huéspedes aquí son amables y se cuidan unos a otros. Otro invitado también me cuidó. Es un espacio amigable y de confianza entre la mayoría de los huéspedes.
3) no colocan letreros que indiquen que se está realizando un trabajo de contratista. Puedes hacerlo mejor.
4) La recepción y F&B parecen sacar el mickey de las mujeres que viajan solas, así que sé directo con lo que esperas.
- Retrocede y conoce tus derechos legales. Es probable que sea algo cultural. Visto aquí antes hace décadas también. Fue aniquilado entonces, pero claramente ha resurgido. Así que haz lo que puedas o muévete a Abu Dubai o Sharjah.
5) excelentes ofertas de comida! Corazón del hotel!
La comida es bastante buena para el precio. No demasiado graso, buena selección. El desayuno durante toda la semana fue de 200 dh + y viene con tortillas frescas, asiáticas, indias y europeas, así como fruta fresca. Mejoraron el café. ¡Muy buen trato! Café limpio ya que es nuevo.
El pub también tiene buenas ofertas de comida por menos de 100 dirhams este septiembre de 2022. Cambian en octubre. Pregunta y conoce tus derechos como consumidor antes de realizar el pedido.
Pero al igual que algunos otros restaurantes de Dubái, los platos y vasos huelen a lavavajillas rancio. Lo arreglaron de inmediato, así que eso es bueno. Pero nadie más se quejó y eso me sorprendió.
Cócteles potentes. Buen cantinero de Marruecos y otro de Filipinas llamado Joseph.
6) no se quede afuera para buscar un taxi. Seguridad vino a buscarme un taxi. Es más seguro.
Muy buen hotel por menos de 180 dirhams, pero el barrio les hace retroceder un poco. ¡He estado aquí por un tiempo y agradezco al personal por una estadía placentera!

OOrenELa ubicación no es excelente ya que el metro está a aproximadamente medio kilómetro de distancia, y eso no es excelente con un clima sofocante.
El servicio fue excelente y obtuvieron varias opciones sin gluten para el desayuno.
La limpieza se hacía a diario. Pero algunos pequeños problemas con la habitación. Los canales de televisión a veces pierden imagen (IPTV) y la televisión se inicia con un volumen alto. Las puertas del baño y de la ducha se abren de forma diferente. La presión del agua en la ducha no es buena (para el mango).
Faltan algunos acabados en la habitación, como la zona detrás del baño a la izquierda. (Parece que hay pegamento seco ahí)
Internet WiFi es rápido.
En definitiva, aparte de la ubicación, es un buen lugar para alojarse cuando visite Dubai.

IIpek EmilyMy husband and I had our first holiday as a family of three with our 7 month old baby at Voco Dubai The Palm Hotel. We chose this hotel as it had a private beach (we didn’t want to spend time travelling to a beach each day), was located away from the chaos of Dubai, offered a king size bed (I cosleep with my baby), and there was an option for including breakfast (again did not want to spend time searching for or travelling to a breakfast location with a baby). Compared to other surrounding hotels, it is a relatively small and new hotel. However, this only enhanced our positive experience as it added a more personal touch. The valets (sorry I didn’t catch their names!) took our car down to the car park while other members of staff took our luggage to our room. Diana at the front desk was the first team member we met inside and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very spacious and clean. Thank you to Arun Gawam from Housekeeping! We enjoyed our coffee pods and Biscoff biscuits provided after each thorough clean. Some reviews mentioned noise but we only heard some drilling upstairs during the day and some music outside on Friday and Saturday night. Neither of these bothered us or our baby. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice with some of the options changing on each day so we had some variety. The welcoming, dynamic staff knew our tea and coffee orders from day one and always greeted us with smiles. We were asked daily if we wanted our eggs cooked in a certain way. This was great because our baby is just getting started on solids. Our baby girl loved seeing all the hardworking, smiley members of staff waving at her every morning. I would particularly like to thank Rojean, Rashmi and Aldrin as well as Fasha, Shiela, Juliet, Dioseth, Anu, Marion, Fhaizan, Amin, Chef Prabin, Chef James, Chef Anyu, Ariz, Sun and Puja. The private beach was a highlight of our holiday. We loved the easy and quick access to the beach with bottles of water and beach towels provided upon arrival. The cabanas were great for privacy as I had to breastfeed my baby on the beach. The WiFi was hit and miss on the beach but I guess that helped us relax more. Thank you to Bidan, Chamodi and Roni for taking care of us there! The only downside for me was the lack of power socket to plug the hairdryer in the bathroom or next to the mirror in front of the bathroom or by the mirror in front of the desk. We had to plug the hairdryer in the socket by the bed and therefore had to dry our hair on the bed, which wasn’t a major issue, just an inconvenience and a little loud right next to our baby. Overall, it was a great holiday experience thanks to each and every member of staff!

UUsuario invitadoWe felt we had a really good location because the hotel is located right on Dubai's red metro line at Financial Centre Station which lined up really well with our itinerary. The hotel is located very close to the Burj Khalifa tower and the many sights of Downtown Dubai. We also had quite a few restaurant options and shops nearby so we didn't have to go far to get a good meal or pick up something.
The rooms are nicely appointed with a firm bed and large pillows. This is a suites Hotel so there is a pretty good kitchen in the rooms with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer machine and dishes to go along with everything. The shower had great pressure and it was easy to control the temperature but we were not a fan of the scent of the bath products provided. We had a pretty good sea view and could see the Burj Al Arab and World Islands off in the distance which we were happy with. We liked that they gave us extra bottle water each day but would have liked if they included maybe a few packets for detergent for the dishwasher and laundry machine because the lobby shop quantities were bigger than needed.
The amenities at this hotel are pretty good with a shop and restaurant on the main floor. There is a common room on the sixth floor and some meeting rooms that are bookable. The pool and fitness area is accessible on the sixth floor as well via a pedway and is very nice as well. The pool had plenty of lounge chairs and there were quite a few available when we visited. You can also sneak a peak at the downtown area between the buildings. The change rooms are a little small but there was lots of space when I visited and lockers available. I could not figure out how to lock the locker and would have appreciated it if I was provided the card for it or if they had instructions on the lockers of how to use them. The steam room and sauna were very small but I was the only one in them when I went in the late afternoon.
The breakfast is included and there were plenty of options to enjoy when I went. There were changing items each day and while we were there they rotated between fried eggs and scrambled eggs and they had bread pudding one day, french toast another and pancakes. There is a variety of hot items as well like sausage, beans, beef bacon, hash brown patties and one day they had shakshouka. For cold items they had a salad bar, cheese, yogurt and fruits. They had a variety of pastries each day. The drinks were good as well with rotating juices and a coffee machine to pick and make your own drinks.
The check in was smooth but the check out took a considerable amount more time and we aren't really sure why. They explained that our deposit would take 25-30 days to refund our payment card or we could buy things at their lobby shop but we didn't need anything so I guess we will have to wait. The hotel is very tall and we found the elevators could get quite busy throughout the day so we had to be patient waiting for an elevator to go down from the high floor our room was on or be ready for a crowded elevator at times.
Overall, we are very happy with our hotel choice for Dubai and were pleased with the location, shower, view, breakfast and room.

BBaderMe quedé en el hotel del 7 al 10 de abril de 2023. El hotel está en una buena ubicación. El personal es excelente principalmente la dama etíope llamada Bethy, que fue tan útil cuando necesitamos ayuda. Las habitaciones son confortables. Recomiendo y volveré pronto. La comida era deliciosa y las cantidades eran suficientes. El lobby era tranquilo y elegante. El inicio de la visita duró casi dos horas sin razón, pero el inicio de la visita duró sólo 3 minutos. La piscina en el techo era limpia y hermosa.

UUsuario invitadoUn hotel que se encuentra a 12’ de jumeirah. Muy bien ubicado. La atención es muy buena. El hotel es muy bonito. El restaurante SIGNATURE muy recomendable. Recomiendo: Gambas am curry en coco. El lobster y arroz con frutos secos. Para cenar teneis en el rooftop el restaurante ESTRELLAS, hay comida muy rica, y los camareros todos son muy amables y te atienden muy bien. El desayuno es increible, con unas porciones enormes. Muy recomendable este hotel.

UUsuario invitadoCrucero espectacular. Habitaciones confortables aunque no tan lujosas como nos esperábamos mi pareja y yo porque nos las esperábamos más amplias. Pasamos dos noches en este barco después de los cinco días del hotel mientras estuvimos en Dubai para la expo. Disfrutamos más en este crucero dos noches que los cinco días que estuvimos en el hotel. Merece la pena pagarlo porque recibes un servicio a la altura. Lo recomiendo a quien se lo pueda costear. Gracias QE2!

VVarunMe alojé en el hotel Grand Excelsior Al Barsha una noche en diciembre de 2022. Qué hotel tan increíble. Me recibieron con mucha amabilidad y esto continuó durante toda mi estancia. Reservé la habitación king y mi habitación estaba situada en el sexto piso. La habitación era fantástica. Limpio, moderno y tenía una vista fantástica. Las habitaciones eran grandes para los estándares de Dubai. No me puedo quejar de este hotel.
