La recepción es muy cálida y servicial. Proceso de check in y check out muy rápido. No proporcionan zapatillas en la habitación, pero cuando les pedí en recepción, las enviaron inmediatamente a mi habitación. El personal también es muy educado. La instalación está limpia. El único inconveniente para mí es el desayuno. Realmente me falta. En general, disfruto de mi estancia.

¡Muy basura! El personal del hotel atendió a 3 delincuentes que me robaron mucho dinero, sobornaron a la gerencia del hotel para causarme problemas y organizaron que una gran cantidad de personas se quedaran en este hotel para espiarme. ¡Esos tres criminales sobornaron a la gerencia del hotel para dejar que el hotel decorara a propósito encima de mí! ¡Muy alto! El personal del hotel se negó deliberadamente a cambiar mi habitación, ¡el personal del hotel mintió diciendo que no había otra habitación para cambiar! El personal del hotel decoró deliberadamente, a las 09:45 de la noche, a las 10:02 de la noche y a las 10:06 de la noche, ¡todavía estaban decorando a propósito arriba! ¡Hotel muy basura con personal que atiende a delincuentes!

Breakfast is good. Location is Value for money as it is cheaper as compared to other hotels along red line Metro. There are near by restaurants 2 mins away. The food is cheaper as compared to city area. Metro is 5 mins away. Overall is food.

The checkin is swift, the room is clean and nice. The breakfast is average, not too many options.

Nice hotel , wide rooms and cleaned, in good location , swimming pool is so small, reception team are friendly and cooperative

Our experience was bad! Cleaning was not the best, and any service was always delayed! The pillows were not comfy, and the water would easily go all over the toilet floor while showering. The housekeeping team requires extra training!

Amenities nothing there except shower gel. Other everything good except amenities. Service and Staffs everything excellent.

I had my emirates id but it was expired and new one was in my phone egyptian guy rejected thats not fair he reject me like that when i have updated ducument in my phone we are in 2024 now and i didnt liked his behavior- shower was not well also water was getting too cold and hot once there was some problem there - there is no any parking in front of hotel if somone wants to check in - and when i reached my room i see tishow paper was finished and it was empty
