The service is not good. The room that was arranged for us for the first time is already inhabited by someone!
Not clean, there are obvious stains on the pillow.

I like the facilities and very accommodating the staff specially the manager of the reception I booked twice to them. Thank you and I will come back for sure’ housekeeping was so bad’ sorry but please be attentive and the receptionist as well, all ladies not accommodating, please take note this ladies if you're in receptionist you should great and smile your guest always assist them whatever they want. Smile is the key so that your guest always come back to you and speak nicely even if you are not good at English you need to understand what guests want. I just observe, all ladies not smiling well I've been a receptionist was well I know how to handle the guest wants. Hope if I will come back I can see your smile on your face thank you. MAY

早餐也一般，住了6天沒有給我更換過一次被單，所有的客房窗戶都是封死的，根本不透氣！多要兩瓶礦泉水也不可以，有時候紙巾也不給我準備好，有時候衛生都懶得給我搞。要不是一下子訂了6天我實在不願意多待一刻！雖然說攜程這邊給我補貼了一點，但是這樣的入住體驗我不再想經歷了！

Very convenient. Near to link metro station and mall of Emirates . Near and clean rooms . Helpful staff specially housekeeping . It was our 2nd stay there and will look to book it again in future. And thanks to trip.com for giving us always cheap n amazing prices to explore different hotels .
