Первый раз столкнулся с тем что при бронировании в Trip.com выдает одну цену, но при начале бронирования выдает другую более высокую на 16-17%. Сам отель очень долго заселяет, выглядит все уже старым, потертым. Очень не уютно. В номере очень холодно, кондиционер выключил сразу, но даже утром все еще было очень холодно, завтраки очень слабые и происходит постоянная путаницы.

El trato del personal fue excelente. Todos han sido muy amables y atentos desde el momento que llegamos. El hotel está al lado del metro y a 20min andando al centro. Limpieza impecable. Si algún día volvemos a Dubai será a este hotel. Recomendado 100%.

Total disaster! I reserved a room at the hotel, and on the same day I left!!!!! it is not clean, almost everything they have on the menu is not available, I also received a warning that at night at 10 o'clock there will be work, these must be done during the day and not at night!! and everyone who, when I called especially at the restaurant, they are not professionally trained, they don't know what food they have on the menu, they don't know anything! 0!!!!!!! I came to relax but I left with a headache and angry!

Like many people, we got stranded in Dubai n the night of the huge storms which brought the city to its knees. Luckily for us, we found the Rotana after escaping from the nearby metro train station. We took the last room but the staff allowed other people to seek refuge overnight, a truly humanitarian act of kindness. Our room was a little tired and outdated but everything worked and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We would like to single out Anne and Supun on the reception desk for being wonderful human beings. They are a true credit to their employers. They couldn’t leave the hotel, stayed overnight and still had a sense of humour the following morning. Supun: thanks to you, we got home. You are a hero!

My experience during the 2-day stay at Villa Rotana was fantastic. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the Business Bay metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the proximity to the Etihad Airways coach station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it extremely practical. The staff at Villa Rotana were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist. Esraa the receptionist came to carry my giant heavy luggage when i reached the hotel entrance. Despite arriving for check-in at 4:30 pm and finding my room wasn't ready, Esraa promptly informed me it would be ready in 30 minutes and graciously offered me a temporary room to freshen up while I waited. This gesture was greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team was also commendable, as they efficiently cleaned and mopped the living room floor of my suite the following day, knowing I had hosted friends there the previous evening. The All Day Dining service and kitchen staff were equally friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options available. Overall, my stay at Villa Rotana was excellent, and I will certainly be recommending it to friends and family.

Wonderful hotel in terms of hospitality, accessibility, cleanliness. Right at the business bay metro station which make things very easy and accessible for the visitors. Connectivity is the key while traveling. So, recommend this one.

Villa Rotana the best hotel in Dubai Down Town, all the reception staff are very good, they will always help solve all issues quickly and efficiently. The hotel manager is very attentive to the guests. Thank you for your attention. The cleaning is good, everyone is friendly. The pool and gym are excellent, as well as the staff in the gym and pool area. I don't want to leave such a hotel. I will definitely come back again. Special thanks to Abdul. Thank you so much for everything.
