Good hotel for vacation

It's a great basic hotel with a good location; I stay there whenever I go to Dubai on business.

Worst hotel i ever been. Noisy as hell… Crazy neighbors. If you planing to sleep- forget about it… They don’t have any policy about sleeping time, somebody will party next door without problem from 1am till early morning… Rooms have no soundproof at all… As an extra gift you will get wake up call from the staff 4:15 am… “welcome”.

It's a treat for myself going this hotel. It's yearly I stay here to give time for myself after or before celebrating my birthday with my friends. Working in Dubai for 11 years and I'm creating good memories here so I choose to invest happiness not money. It's my heart decision and I'm comfortable to Stay in this hotel. Very accommodating, staff are kind and they wake up me with a surprise cake.. I wont forget the memories and happiness I invest here. Being alone doesn't mean we are unhappy. Choosing to be happy is depend on us. Our self, our choice, our happiness. Thank you citymax for 1 night stay that fullfill my yearly goal during my birthday. I choose you because my heart choose it. God bless us.

BE CAREFUL!!!! I lost my gold diamond ring inside the hotel room!!!! I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel at Al Barsha in Dubai, and I wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a [positive/negative/neutral] stay, and here are the key aspects: - The hotel's location is excellent, being close to major attractions and the hotel was clean. - Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an issue with a missing item from my room after daily housekeeping. Despite reporting the incident and the hotel's internal investigation, the missing item was not recovered. - I recommend the hotel revisits its internal investigation process to ensure thoroughness. - Implement additional measures to enhance security and prevent similar incidents in the future. Despite the unfortunate incident the hotel had positive aspects. However, the unresolved matter has affected my overall perception. I hope this review provides constructive feedback and assists both the hotel management and future guests.

房間比較小，這個價格也算實惠吧，安排樓層太低了

Good location

The only best thing about this hotel is the location. House keeping wasn’t that good, I book for 5 days and they didn’t change the bed sheet till 4th day and only did upon complain. Amenities are just okay, 3star with 4star pricing. I would prefer to stay in a better hotel next time.

Good location, breakfast is basic and overall service is okay.
