Hotel básico junto al aeropuerto ideal para pasar una noche y descansar tanto si llegar al aeropuerto de Dubai por escala y sales al día siguiente como para visita express a la ciudad. Precio bastante adecuado para lo que ofrecen y la situación. A destacar que tienen servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto de dubai al hotel y viceversa 24h, pasando cada media hora. Incluye el transfer de Ida u vuelta. El desayuno también lo tienen incluido y es bastante amplio y variado. El salón del comedor bastante amplio por lo que dentro del horario del desayuno, cualquier hora es buena. Recomendable

1. Check-in temprano, llegamos al hotel sobre las 8 y nos hicieron el check-in muy rápido 2. Limpieza, limpieza de alta calidad. 3. Personal muy educado 4. Un lobby donde poder trabajar cómodamente al lado de una barra con un buen café. Vivíamos en una habitación grande con 2 habitaciones para que los dos pudiéramos estar de guardia y no molestarnos. Con un vestíbulo de este tipo esto no era necesario y era posible vivir en una habitación más pequeña.

It has been a fun & relaxing long weekend for me and my friends at Grand Mercure! I made two bookings separately and in separate days but they managed to grant my request for an interconnecting room. Despite the large number of visitors due to the holiday, the amenities are not as crowded as they have two pools although one is open from 8AM-3PM and the other 3PM-10PM. Pool towels are only available from 10AM onwards though 😬 Breakfast is really good too. We stayed for 5 days and the variety is great that we're not fed up by it even on our last day. They have a live egg station, with continental food and middle eastern as well. They have cold cuts, salad bar, and pastry section as well. They also have a nice coffee machine with various kinds of coffee and their staff are very attentive to accommodate all the guests. Best time is from 7-9AM. We once went at quarter to 10 and it was really crowded by then. As for the room, of course it did not disappoint for a 5-star hotel. It's equipped with its own coffee machine and coffee pods, towels, ironing board, iron, slippers, and set of toiletries. There was a problem with the chromecast in the tv but their engineer was amazing enough to lend us an external adapter and HDMI cable for our entire stay. I bought my own adapter as they said they need to collect it the next morning but they graciously left it with us for the rest of our stay and didn't bother to collect it. It's good to take note that Grand Mercure and Ibis (which is in the same building) are both dry hotels and do not offer alcohol. The nearest pub is in Millenium Hotel around 5-10 min away. All in all, we definitely recommend Grand Mercure and always come back here whenever we need a relaxing staycation. Thank you Grand Mercure! 🌟

Era mi primera vez en Dubai. El hotel era bonito y era exactamente lo que necesitaba para mi primera semana. El equipo de servicio fue de gran ayuda, especialmente Kurlos. Todos fueron muy amables y me ayudaron a navegar mi primera vez aquí. El servicio de habitaciones era bueno y estaba bien de precio. ¡El joven que dirige el desayuno buffet fue excepcional! Siempre encantador y va más allá. ¡El bufé estuvo genial! Me habría quedado más tiempo pero quería estar más cerca de las cosas que estaba haciendo. ¡Recomiendo altamente este hotel! ¡Personal increíble! ¡Gracias!

Excelente servicio de todo el personal!!! Un hotel muy bonito y limpio. La habitación estuvo excelente y con gran espacio. Nos alojamos para nuestra honeymoon y nos dejaron un lindo detalle en la habitación. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar a lugares turísticos caminando o al metro.

Lindo lugar, servicio increíble, vistas maravillosas. Amabilidad y cordialidad, especial mención a Rica, al hacer check in, se dio cuenta de la Fecha de mi Cumpleaños y WOW me hicieron sentir INCREÍBLE. Gracias… Cerca de la estación del metro, Dubai Mall. Tiene un supermercado en el interior que ayuda mucho.

La ubicación y el paisaje son de primera clase y el servicio es decente. Sin embargo, en comparación con el hotel Burj Al Arab, aunque las instalaciones son más nuevas, en general son inferiores. Ya sea la meticulosidad y puntualidad del servicio o el saneamiento y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de la habitación en sí, todavía hay margen de mejora.

Es un buen hotel, aunque era muy tarde cuando llegamos esa noche, aún así fue muy buena recepción, pero el secador de pelo se rompió esa noche y finalmente el hotel fue reemplazado. Pero las zapatillas solicitadas no llegaron. Llame a la recepción en los próximos días, todo lo necesario se entregó a tiempo y la actitud fue muy buena, muchas gracias. El hotel está bien ubicado con una piscina y hermosas áreas públicas. Buen precio, recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel.
