Hoteles cerca del Hundewiese Oestermärsch, Dortmund

Wir hatten das prizeotel in Dortmund zum CL Viertelfinale zwischen dem BVB und Atlético Madrid gebucht. Zum Glück noch rechtzeitig, bevor die Preise bei allen Dortmunder Hotels in astronomische Höhen schossen. Das prizeotel Niveau ”gut und günstig” kannten wir schon aus anderen Städten. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Roof Top Bar, in der wir uns auf das Spiel eingestimmt haben. Am Morgen danach gab es dort auch ein akzeptables Frühstück.

La façade n’est franchement pas terrible mais l’intérieur par contre c’est magnifique l’hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont incroyables et la salle de bain avec du marbre ajoute énormément de charme. Petit bémol c’est qu’on entend la circulation durant la nuit. Le wifi est top, la réception parle aussi bien anglais qu’allemand et même français. Le parking payant est correct. J’ai adoré mon passage ici

El hotel está justo a lo largo de la carretera desde el centro de la ciudad pedestrianizado tan bien situado. Estacionamiento gratuito si usted estaciona en el parque de coches superficiales. El lobby de recepción era muy adorable y la habitación del hotel era grande. Sólo la cuestión era la falta de aire acondicionado. El personal de recepción estaba muy contento de dar a los grandes fans eléctricos a cualquiera que pidió que se acoplara en sus dormitorios.

We spent about 2 weeks here during a family visit. It's a fairly new hotel with a few kinks. Let me start with the positives. Staff are great, no exception. The included breakfast is great, but after 2 weeks with zero variation, it began to wear thin. The espresso maker is available to guests at no extra charge all day, which is plain fabulous. There's a serious issue with the hotel parking. They have a *very* limited number of parking bays, so you never know, when you return, whether there's space for you. There's plenty of other parking in the vicinity, but if you don't know your way around town, it's an issue. Many guests simply leave their cars in the no parking zone adjacent to the hotel. Not sure whether there's a deal with the city ticketing people, but I don't think anyone ever got a ticket in the two weeks that we spent there. You do so at your own risk, obviously, We went through various rooms because the air conditioning didn't work (and it wasn't even summer). I don't want to know what this would look like when it's actually hot. Frightening. It took their staff days to figure out what the problem is (after initially denying that there was a problem to begin with). Not great. WiFi worked great, in the room and the lobby, which has plenty of seating in case you prefer a workspace that's not in your room. There's a small, but decently equipped, gym for hotel guests. The room is what you'd expect of a Residence Inn, spacious, fridge, microwave. The cleaners did a pretty good job maintaining it on a daily basis, there's none of the corner cutting you'd find in other hotels on multi-day stays. Very grateful for that effort. This definitely works as a longer-stay property, just beware of regular soccer events in the city, the guest crowd shifts from business people to soccer fans (with no negative impact, I should add, everyone was at their best behaviours). I would return without hesitation.

El hotel está muy bien situado y tiene una ubicación muy buena, a pocos pasos del Hauptbahnhof... muy buena selección de desayunos............................................................................... Las habitaciones cuentan con una pequeña silla alta y otra silla más grande, junto con un cambio de diseño, para usar como mesa. Una simple vía en lugar de cualquier otra característica de guardarropa - Baño pequeño - Temperatura de la habitación que duró mucho tiempo para funcionar - El desayuno supuestamente disponible entre 0600-1000 diariamente, sin embargo, hubo un retraso de alrededor de 15 minutos porque las cosas no estaban listas. Dado que hay espacio limitado para comer el desayuno , esto no es justo para los que llegan temprano para hacer uso del espacio limitado - un miembro del personal que su superior reprime por el retraso al desayuno. Esto debería haber sido hecho en privado si fuera absolutamente necesario - Personal general miserable y poco bienvenido - Uno de los bienvenidos a la llegada que me fue informado fue un cocktail de gin, sin embargo el sabor de cualquier gin estaba ausente En algunas partes hablantes de inglés de la en el mundo se utiliza la palabra Poxy. This hotel is nothing like the photos, in real life they’re pretty crummy and grotty. Pitch black rooms - the only natural light being if you sacrifice your privacy by lifting a very public shutter than anyone can see into. Pillows were so flat and stained. No mini fridge in the room. No wardrobe for clothes just a couple of pegs. The price of the room was ridiculous for what you get, I feel like I’ve lost so much money on the trip, it’s absolutely not worth it. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes which was disgusting for a non smoker. The lift wasn’t working for 90% of our stay on the fourth floor so upon entry and exit we had to carry huge heavy cases up 4 flights of stairs. Receptionists were rude - there was a young blonde woman working on a Saturday afternoon/evening who spoke so sarcastically and nasty after being asked a simple question about where to collect a food delivery from if it were ordered to the hotel - there’s no need for it! It’s just a dark, grotty place. Would recommend this hotel to no one, what a waste of money. We paid for the Wellness Deluxe room - there was nothing special about it at all. It was tacky and dark and dingy. If you’re coming to Dortmund, stay elsewhere and dont waste your money.

En las pequeñas y medianas ciudades alemanas, el ambiente es tranquilo, hay un monumento de Dotmond y el estadio principal del club de fútbol de Dotmond cerca, a 7-8 minutos de coche de la estación y la ciudad de Huang. Por razones de protección medioambiental, los suministros de salud personales gratuitos del hotel son relativamente limitados. Por sorpresa, también se cobran dos copas de agua de aire en el bar de la habitación. Sin contar con la recepción, no hay suministro de agua gratuita. El desayuno es un buen desayuno, es un buen sabor.

El desayuno es muy bueno. El chef lo pide ahora: tortilla, queso rallado, verduras, champiñones, etc. Es genial. Otros tipos de pan, jugo fresco, café, té. La carne tiene salchichas, tocino. Melocotón, melón, piña y otras frutas, una especie de yogur de frutas Danone. Considerándolo todo, incluido el valor inicial

We loved it. The hotel is a converted fortified house from the 13th century with extensive grounds that made for lovely walking in the Easter sun. Breakfast is plentiful and there’s a good choice of food, and endless supply of coffee. The bedrooms are clean, the beds comfy, and super-quiet. If that was all I knew about this place, it would be enough to recommend it. But it is not all I know. There’s more. What sets hotels apart is attentiveness to detail. And this hotel has that - all the little touches that made our stay so much nicer, they pushed the beds together since they knew we were a married couple, they opened up quiet areas for us to sit and enjoy a coffee. But there’s yet more. Staff are all friendly, competent and always there for you. Particular mention goes to the night staff, Ann-Christin and Erdal, who were somehow always able to find time for a nice chat with us despite having to manage several things at once. Go there. It’s fun.

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.
