酒店很新。服務員非常熱情友好。不過客流量太少，以至於餐飲種類不夠豐富，衹有西餐和中東飲食。沒有東亞飲食。阿拉伯麪餅做得很精緻，第一次吃會覺得很不錯，不過，連續吃4天就。。。呵呵了。沒有自助餐，這很奇怪，哪怕早餐都是單點的。
頂樓的游泳池非常漂亮。
周圍很荒涼，有待發展。
距離機場不遠，方便趕飛機，可以作為轉機旅店。

2022年世界盃開的酒店，房間裏的設施基本都是新的，沐浴露洗頭膏老婆説是好牌子，到了不少回家，整個酒店太冷太冷了，空調很足，除了我們衹有各色“袍袍”出沒，雖然打掃得很乾凈，但是酒店還有很多地方在裝修，SPA也沒有健身房也沒找到，因為後來發現還有其他更好的酒店，大美女老婆小寶貝不會再來第二次了。

EL personal del hotel es absolutamente idílico, Ahmed, Adam, cualquiera de las personas de recepción, todo facilidades, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y el mayor de los respetos hacia el cliente. Respecto al hotel, limpieza impecable, amplitud, silencio y tranquilo. No puedo pedirle más a un alojamiento. Volveré

Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Over all the experience was great from the facilities to the room, but the staff was exceptional ( receptionists, bellboys, servers etc) Especially during breakfast, our sever Belkacem ( from Algeria ) was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is our first time staying in the hotel and the room was spacious and luxurious. I love the welcome amenity by the Guest relations prepared by Mariancen, the reception was very smooth with Siham. The services by pool was exceptional thanks to Joedel, Rodel and Asanka for looking after us. The breakfast was very peaceful and the food is great and of course I would like to thank Belkacem for attending our table. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at The Plaza only for one night only for an overnight layover to the US from the Maldives. The vibe of the whole hotel felt like Parisian luxury but the guest relations Ria, Cyril, and Marriancen made it feel like home for me and my husband. They were really nice and helpful. When we came back from dinner at Souq Waqif, they provided us welcome treats such as dates, fresh fruits and chocolates in our room. There is also complimentary happy hour at the rooftop for gold and platinum Hilton members but we weren’t able to go because we decided to go out instead. We also got complimentary upgrade to a bigger suite and late checkout. Perfect for our long layover and just enough to energize for our trip back home.
