Would just like to put my thoughts on my stay at Al-Najada Apartment. Excellent staff throughout the complex. Welcoming receptionist, friendly breakfast staff and hardworking and friendly cleaners. We had such a lovely time. I would like to say a special thank you to the beautiful Tina, with joyous personality Siraj, Mr. Jentendra & Rodi, smiley Amanda & Tara, the incredible Chef Dababi and all the other amazing staff! You all had made our stay special and enjoyable..last day was very emotional 😢. Thanks again for your kindness and love. We are missing you all.

El apartamento estaba cómodo y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Todos estaban sorprendentes y nos hizo asombrosos. La ubicación estaba cerca del Souq y el metro, lo que le hizo fácil llegar. Recomendaría definitivamente este hotel a cualquiera que quiera visitar Doha.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o

El trato es espectacular. Las instalaciones son excelentes , las habitaciones están muy bien preparadas . Las camareras son un encanto , en especial Aura y Snusmita que nos trataron con una delicadeza increíble . Recomendable al 100%

Al registrarse, solicitamos encarecidamente que el servicio se entregue en la habitación de forma gratuita y no se requiere propina. ¡Esto es mucho mejor que el servicio en Beijing y Hong Kong! El precio también es mucho más económico. El hardware está bien y está a unos diez minutos a pie del metro, lo cual es aceptable.

La ubicación es mejor, en el centro de la ciudad, dondequiera que vaya es más conveniente, muy cerca del mercado de Waskov, también es muy rápido para ir al aeropuerto, el precio no es caro, la habitación es mayor, estamos de descanso temporal, el precio es bueno, es la gran exageración del humo en la habitación que abrió en ese momento, Porque es un descanso temporal de medio día, aunque es posible que la tarde limpie la sanidad. Estamos allí, y el resultado fue la puerta equivocada. Después de abrirla, descubrimos que fuimos allí. Me gustó mucho el hotel, la comida, los restaurantes espectaculares, la ubicación y las instalaciones. No me gustó que cerrarán tan temprano la alberca, el spa y el jacuzzi, además que la alberca la abrían tarde, ya que debido a las actividades, ya llegaba tarde para poder hacer uso de las instalaciones o tenía tiempo muy temprano. El servicio de concierte no fue muy bueno ya que trate de organizar un viaje al desierto y no me hacían caso decían que buscarían al concierte y nunca me respondían, me mandaban la información tarde y no completa por lo que ya no pude realizar esa actividad, también quise quedarme una noche más y nunca pudieron brindarme la información de los costos. Tampoco que a los demás del grupo les dejaban chocolates en forma de balones del mundial y fruta y a mi y a otras dos habitaciones nunca nos pusieron esas amenidades, aún cuando lo mencioné en recepción. en general esa parte del servicio no fue la mejor y menos el servicio de Concierge.

No está mal, rentable, con balcón, el balcón da a la piscina, la vista también es muy amplia, el precio también es barato, ¡el servicio de recepción es muy bueno! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Hemos tenido una estancia espectacular. Una mención obligada y muy merecida para todo el equipo dirigido por Javier Verdejo en el Front Office, han demostrado una excelente profesionalidad y nos han dispensado un trato único, lleno de detalles y atenciones. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y la localización muy recomendable. También merecen un reconocimiento destacado el personal del desayuno y del bar Ámbar, nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de la interpretación que el barman nos hizo del Whisky Sour, y que nos atendió con enorme amabilidad. En definitiva, lo mejor sin duda los magníficos profesionales de este hotel. Muchas gracias, Javier Verdejo y equipo!
