Luxury hotel in west bay with private beach and very nice staff. Metro is a bit far but Uber is very easy and cheap.

不要想在希爾頓得到好的服務 很不懂 為什麼每個服務團都用奇怪的眼神看中國人 包括去吃晚餐自助 給白人倒水 給我省略了 😓 這麼喜歡***** 我定的3800一晚的酒店 然後給我換了房間 我還問有沒有好的景色 經理説“有 你可以看到一大片美麗的沙灘”美其名曰給我加了早餐晚餐行政酒廊 然而並沒有什麼用 把我全景的海景套房換了2000的半景套房 搞笑了 ，唯一好一點的是有一片私人沙灘 其他的就沒了 服務也一般去私人spa做了1000的按摩 多待一小時想畫個粧 服務人員都不讓 不理解

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Service ist mal sehr gut, aber manchmal auch nicht so gut. Wir wurden zB als wir nach einer Taxi Bestellung fragten, „gebeten“ doch einfach selbst ein Taxi zu rufen. Restaurants sind sehr teuer. Strand und Pool Bereich ist sehr schön. Allerdings ist die Sonne recht früh hinter dem Gebäude und das Meer und Pool sind recht kalt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt aber trotzdem sehr genossen. Hatten aber einen recht günstigen Zeitraum erwischt und würden auch nicht mehr bezahlen.

Провели 2 ночи перед круизом. Отель очень понравился, особенно из-за собственного пляжа и хорошего расположения.

Good facilities and a small (but nice) piece of beach access. Upgraded room was lovely, but unfortunately quite noisy from outside party noise

die oberen zimmer zum meer sind von 23.30 bis 2.30 wegen der disco unerträglich laut!! wir wevhselten,wie viele vor uns, das zimmer auf die andere seite.

Nothing to complain about this place. From the moment we stepped in, we felt very welcome. We were able to get a room upgrade using Hilton honours even though we booked through *******. That was very kind of them. Breakfast was abundant and hotel is close to the City centre mall where there are options for lunch and dinner if you need it. There are restaurants at the hotel too but could be a bit pricey. The hotel is also close to Al Corniche where there are activities for kids. We had a very nice stay at the hotel. If you require gluten free options, ask for the chef at breakfast and they will ensure you are well taken care of. We hope to return some day.

Comparatively it was an average experience. Not at all happy with the stay.

Staff was very nice. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was bad and overcrowded. We also had a room where they sprayed with too much “air refreshner” and we couldn’t breathe or find comfort for hours.

They gave me a handicapped room without asking me if I accept it or not. Breakfast was a mess, I had to wait 15 minutes to find a table.
