During my check in the front desk staff had a person on her personal phone on FaceTime to assist them in changing a headlight which she held her finger up to me telling me to hold on for checking in and then after about a minute she proceeded with my check in. This was very unprofessional and not typical of the service received at Hilton hotels. In room 109, the carpet on the floor by the roller chair for the desk has a piece missing and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and quiet. It is becoming a little outdated and could use some updating. The location is wonderful.
