La ubicación es absolutamente hermosa, obtienes una vista perfecta de las montañas y los pueblos circundantes. Sin embargo, el empleado de la recepción no fue muy atento y muy desinteresado en registrarnos y asegur**** de que se cumplieran nuestras necesidades. Le dijimos que queríamos que una mula nos ayudara a bajar de la montaña al día siguiente, le dijimos los detalles específicos y dijo que lo planearía. A la mañana siguiente, la situación de las mulas aparentemente se había olvidado y cuando llamé al gerente me dijo que su empleado nunca la había reservado. Él fue particularmente útil y cuando finalmente fuimos a ver, todos estaban en sus teléfonos y ni siquiera levantaron la cabeza por nosotros. El ambiente general era menos que cálido y acogedor y estos chicos no parecían querer ir más allá de lo mínimo. Este hotel es muy básico, con un dormitorio sencillo, una cama muy dura y un baño. Sin embargo, no te quedas aquí por la habitación, sino por lo que se ve desde la ventana. La vista de las montañas es simplemente espectacular, la mejor vista con la que me he despertado. Incluso dormí con las cortinas abiertas para que me despertara el sol que se reflejaba en los picos nevados. ¡Me volvería a alojar aquí al 100%!

A pipe in the bathroom burst at 3am in the morning. I could not get ahold of any staff and could not figure out how to turn the water off. So the water spewed everywhere for almost two hours. I got very little sleep. My friend finally found the lever to turn off the water around 5:00 in the morning. When the man at the front desk finally arrived he reluctantly switched my room and told me not to put towels on the floor because it would warp it. Even though water was leaking everywhere from the burst pipe.

The view from the bedroom was incredible. The room was not cleaned properly. Shower had hot water and I was provided with a heater which was needed. The area was stunning.

The room had a good view and the boss was really nice. The food was also quite good. However the room was extremely dirty and there were stains on our bedding. We had to get our bed changed because there was dried blood on the sheets. I would recommend not having white bedding if you can’t clean it. We ended up changing hotels because it was just so dirty. The shower head was also attached to the wall with a small piece of wire you had to tie yourself. Wasn’t worth the view.

Gorgeous views of the mountains and lower Yubeng. The room was warm (heaters and electric blankets are provided), the beds were quite decent and showers are hot.
Amenities are very basic, but the staff was friendly and quite helpful.
The only issue was the rooms were very dirty.

I went by myself. The view was awesome and the room also really nice. They had a table where i could seat and read, draw or just chill. Hot shower perfect. Main area also nice. The bad thing is that the second night when i returned from hiking for more than 8 hours 9 pm, they suddenly came and told me i have to move to another room or another hotel because there was a person with Yellow Health code on the hotel. But after 1 day they moved me there were many Chinese drinking and smoking on the main area. So for me this was a racist thing against foreigners. Also the 3 night i didn’t have hot shower on the room. I had to go to my old room to shower and then go back to the other to sleep… However the girl answer to my concerns super fast. But still i don’t like racism against foreigners.
