No one greeted us at the property and we did not receive the instruction E-mail. Other guests helped us and we helped the next guest.
No connected smoke detector, could use darkening blinds, and a fan, walls are thin, so a bit noisy, needs paint in bathroom, only 2 towels, no hand towels or face clothes. No real breakfast except, instant oatmeal and coffee. Otherwise we slept comfortably. It is a cute place that could use a little love.

This property was very nice and homie. Beautifully decorated. Very close to everything we needed. Only thing I would say is the outside light and stairway lights didn't seem to work when we go there. Summer that isn't a big deal but during the fall / winter, it is very dark and they should be left on. However, I would stay her again without hesitation.

Provided door code was changed and did not give us access. Someone else let us in. Site is a work in progress and not ready for prime time. Room was cold. No soap or shampoo in shower. No contact information once on site. Entire area was unfinished.

There are 3 rooms up a flight of stairs. Rooms B and C share abathroom in the hall. Room A has a private bathroom. The bed was comfy. Little table and chairs between rm b and c. Coffee was provided, some bowls and silverware

They should tell you in the description that this is a 2 story house with bedrooms converted into 'hotel' rooms. The un-mowed and sandy front lawn was the parking lot and not all rooms have their own bathrooms. The house is in a residential neighborhood. You get access codes via text message after calling the number left with your confirmation. There is no one their to talk to or help.

We liked the size of the room. We didn't like lack of privacy and the fact that the room was full of wet laundry when we arrived.

Everything could use a little TLC but otherwise, it's clean, fairly comfortable, convenient access to the highway less than a mile away. The common area floor squeaks really, really badly, and all the doors either shut extremely hardly or not at all. Either some serious settling issues or poorly fit and hung to begin with.

The building was older and a little weird, but it was also clean and super comfortable. We had a great time and would stay there again!
