I spent about a 6 days at Fairfield by Marriot in Dehradun as I was here for research work. The staff is extremely courteous and paid attention to my smallest needs. From the check-in staff to kitchen to housekeeping, everyone made sure everything was well-done and every single need was met. Breakfast buffet is already fantastic with all the variety plus the wonderful chefs and serving staff personalizing the dishes and taking care of you makes the hospitality truly heart-warming. Abhinav is a fantastic sous-chef, he made sure to especially make and bring for me some items off the menu without even asking, because I had asked for it a day before when it were not available. Manoj from the serving staff greeted me every time at the restaurant and made sure I had everything I needed and more. He would recommend what I could and should take even when I couldn't think of anything more I needed. Every morning, he very kindly packed me some take away fruits and hot-chocolate for my long work day ahead. On my last day, I got a little farewell treat organized by chefs Abhinav, Naveen and staff Priyanshu. The little gestures from the staff exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again when in the area and also highly recommend the place for short as well as longer stays as the prices are fairly decent given the kind of services and hospitality, compared to exaggerated 5-star prices in the mountains.

El Comfort Inn ofrece un servicio inmejorable con personal y equipo muy profesionales que gestionan las operaciones basándose en 11/10. Muy bonito, saboroso y bien gestionado. Acontece que visito el hotel en la temporada de lluvia.. mientras que la mayoría de los hoteles huele a vapor en algún lugar o en otro.. Este lugar tiene cada rincón seco y huele fresco. La señora Deepshikha en la recepción tiene un servicio excelente y una persona muy profesional y bien hablada con excelentes habilidades de gestión del personal. Deepak en el restaurante nos ha servido a nuestros clientes felices y satisfechos. Absolutamente satisfecho con todo, higiene, comida, estadía, personal, experiencia.

La experiencia maravillosa de la entrada temprana a pesar de todas las habitaciones reservadas, la dama de la oficina del frente logró preparar nuestras habitaciones que nos salvaron 3 horas de espera.

The front desk staff was quite courteous and helpful. Room was well done-up and provided with all amenities including toiletries and even an electric iron, tea kettle and 2 bottles of mineral water. Staff was well behaved and polite. Even during our complimentary breakfast, restaurant staff was quite caring and whatever we asked for, they served us. The quality of food was good. Overall, our impression was good about the property.

Pros: es una propiedad de 4 estrellas. La comida era buena. El hotel se mantiene. Coste sabio gran elección. Cons: ubicación es lejana. Es un final de dehradun en la carretera Saharanpur. 30 minutos a la torre de reloj. Las habitaciones no tienen vistas, ni siquiera premio.
