The place says it refundable, but it's not and they aren't accommodating to anything, I mixed up the days for bookings and they wouldnt push the days back just 1. I was asking keep it still, just push it back a day, Noo. They are scammers and are in it for the money and not customer satisfaction or to be accommodating to anyone. I read other reviews and mines not even the worst. Trust me, pay 10$ more a day and get 1000 times better service and quality of a stay down the street, I paid 10$ more to stay at the Bay leaf, omg the pool, the free breakfast buffet... amazing
