Great location and the advantage of having an elevator from ground floor. However, the hotel is undergoing major repair work and hence is mostly covered with scaffoldings therefore not much to view from the rooms. In addition one of the elevators were also not working.

Lo primero a tener en cuenta, al llegar seguro que te decepciona, la fachada del hotel esta a medio terminar, en obras, la entrada es por el garaje. Nos dieron una habitación buena, grande. limpia y con un gran ventanal y terraza , estupendo, el baño bien y limpio. Y lo mejor las vistas espectaculares a las montañas, si hace buen día veras las nevadas montañas es maravilloso. La cena a la carta o bufe y el desayuno bufe esta muy bien,,, personal estupendo,,, Se encuentra en pleno centro, por lo tanto veras el movimiento diario de los lugareños y parte de la ciudad. Saliendo a la derecha hay una calle llena de tiendas y puestos con comida y dando un cortito paseo se llega a una plaza comercial y cerrada al trafico, suelo estar muy animada con musical y conciertos.

Good clean, comfortable hotel from inside. Outside need big time touchup. Hotel staff is extremely polite and professional except front office supervisor. The breakfast buffet has so ***y options. Food quality and taste are awesome. Location is perfect if you like to shop walk and just chill.

Not worth for money..if you want to stay at the mall road,select this hotel or else can go for mayflower or other good resorts..restuarant needs improvement..add more varities in breakfast and dinner..i stayed in ramada in other places and know about their food quality and taste..

Wonderful stay at Ramada Darjeeling It was a group visit and everyone is happy. Food and service is best someone can expect. Bakul da and the whole restaurant team made it possible. It was a two night stay this time. Visited ***y times before, everytime it's better hospitality than before.

This is a very good place to stay. Rooms are excellent and very clean. They timely clean the room with exceptional perfection. The breakfast and dinner was awesome. When people are few, they take individual orders where you can order anything! When people staying are more, they have buffet system which has some great food options! Overall one of the best places to stay in Darjeeling.

Extremely good position with breathtaking view of kanchenjunga from room balcony. Very hospitable staff and 5 star treatment, will come back again..no 1 place at darjeeling as per our interests.. if you are looking to take office calls , they have great internet speed too

They classify themselves as a 5 star hotel but I would rate it as a 1 star. Toilet had a urinal smell, bedsheets had dirty footprint, internet did not work on my laptop, no light in the shower. Every guest was complaining about one thing or another on our 5th floor.

Overall good but there's still room for improvement. Pros - Good food, prompt room service, very well behaved and polite staff. Cons - Room service does not cleanup the rooms unless explicitly notified, bathroom light and bedroom light are linked, jetflasher does not have hot water option in a place where temperatures hit as low as 1 degree celcius. These 3 things should be worked on, for a better customer experience.
