Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene playa privada. Puedes quedarte en el hotel un día entero. El desayuno también es muy rico, incluye fideos vietnamitas, arroz pegajoso con mango, etc. La habitación también es muy sorprendente. La terraza y ver el paisaje de todo el hotel. De hecho, es un hotel Kai Yue, la piscina es muy hermosa, pero es una lástima que los alrededores estén realmente desolados. I just spent a vacation at Crowne Plaza Hotel in Da Nang. I am really impressed and extremely happy to have met the friendly people of Danang and the hotel is absolutely perfect according to my wishes. From Receptionist to Manager, all are so professional, the rooms are extremely clean and make me and my friends very satisfied. Especially you Huyen, very cute and very professional. La habitación es muy buena, pero es muy buena para aquellos que sólo necesitan dormir cuando alquilan un hotel. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero el personal era tan entusiasta y dinámica como siempre, lo que me hace sentir muy cómodo cuando se comunica con usted. Gracias especial a Lucas cuando todas las 3 veces quedando en mi hotel fueron por Lucas check-in y apoyo, me siento muy feliz por esto

Lavandería gratuita, ubicación excelente y WiFi, limpia y nueva perfecta para una estancia rápida o más larga, hay un café colaborador en el lobby. Para las habitaciones de piso más baratas, el cortina se abre a las ventanas de otras habitaciones, por lo que tienes que mantenerla atractiva si necesitas privacidad.

Buena ubicación. Justo en la playa. Cerca de restaurantes, spa y salas de masajes. Tenemos la habitación frente al mar. Excelente vista del amanecer y la playa. Abriría las puertas del balcón cuando esté en la habitación, ya que me encanta escuchar los sonidos de las olas. Tuve una estadía muy relajante aquí. Hubiera dado 5 estrellas para todas las categorías si el personal hubiera sido más servicial. Probablemente esté limitado por el uso del idioma para comunicarse. No es un gran problema 😊

Although there were no standout features, everything was satisfactory, making it a good choice for a short stay. I would recommend it for those seeking a hassle-free experience.

La que reservé originalmente era una habitación de lujo con ventana y me gustó mucho porque es una habitación grande con vista a la ciudad, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, así que le pedí a la recepción que me cambiara a otra habitación. Al principio me dieron una habitación con dos camas individuales sin ventana y una habitación muy pequeña, así que le pedí de nuevo que me cambiara a otra, ya que no me gustan las habitaciones sin ventana. Finalmente me dieron esta habitación espaciosa con una cama tamaño king y una cama individual, pero olía un poco, pero entiendo que tal vez no la hayan limpiado bien todavía, ya que no esperan que alguien la use. Un colchón muy duro, pero qué esperar, en realidad es una buena oferta cuando viajas solo y con un presupuesto limitado. Limpian la habitación todos los días y cambian las toallas, así que eso es una ventaja. En general, recomendaría este lugar a todo el mundo.

It's really fun to enjoy my vacation with my family in sanmarino, everything is very good in daily life, the room is very cool, sometimes there are some problems with the air conditioner but you guys have fixed it well. Mr Canh always helps us

La struttura probabilmente quando ha aperto avrà avuto il suo fascino, ma ora è in stato di abbandono totale. La pulizia è veramente approssimativa, basti vedere le foto (negli angoli e vicino al letto c'erano capelli e oggetti come spille da balia buttate, che chissà da quanto erano lì), la parte della piscina con tanto potenziale ma anche lì abbandonata a sé stessa (l'acqua non era sporca, abbiamo pure fatto il bagno). Il frigorifero in stanza non raffreddava nulla. Un peccato davvero. Lo staff è molto gentile e ci ha dato la stanza alle 12 senza farci aspettare le 14. Mi ha cambiato il bollitore che aveva segni di ruggine. Purtroppo però la gestione è davvero pessima, per il prezzo che chiedono si trovano stanze in hotel di categoria superiore (o al massimo spendendo 2/3€ in più). Insomma non lo consiglierei.
