Stayed here with my family. There were 8 of us. I got a 2 bedroom suite. This hotel couldn’t or wouldn’t give me towels. I don’t know what they are saving them for if not the guests. They never came and cleaned my room and when I asked them about it they told me there’s no cleaning service on weekends only during the week. They refused to clean my room for the price I paid for this room they should have come everyday. I went down to the front desk to ask for towels on Friday night and the woman behind the desk burped in my face and then tried to tell me how good her pizza was. This place sucks. I won’t ever stay here again and I will make sure nobody I know ever stays here. I wish I could give a zero star review and even that would be too much

Very disappointed with this place. When we entered noone was at the counter we had to wait for her to show up. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. Upon entering you could tell the floors needed cleaning, the bathroom also looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. The toilet seat was not secure. We were in room 201. The kitchen sink had food debris still in it. There is very limited parking space in the front, if you park on the sides the key doesn't work so you have to park in the back just to enter into the hotel, the clerk said they are waiting on parts. I didn't buy that, both sides don't work? Really? The hotel is designed really weird, so if you enter into one side of the hotel, you have to walk far to get to your room, seems like there's only one elevator.

Pleasant experience! The room was clean and comfortable.
I would recommend having the breakfast constantly replenished. Guest arrived at different times for breakfast and some items weren't replenished in a timely manner.

When I came to check in the desk person said my reservation was canceled because the manager canceled it? I asked why and said because you didn’t answer your phone….. I did not get any phone calls from them and they did find a room for us but the tv didn’t work in the main sitting area, iron didn’t work and you couldn’t get in any of the doors other than the front door ….. the room was a handicapped room sir the shower was bit of an inconvenience being so short…. Never had an experience like this before…. Would probably not go back …. Manager didn’t seem very honest….
